I don't want to talk about it... End Game, how's the defusing going?" Cezary said, his mood returning to normal.

" I've almost got it... One more step then it will be up to you guys for the deactivation of the computer" said end game, sweat beading on his brow.

JT smiled, "I just need to know where your two's loyalty lie. do you fight for PACE, and wish to run this land over. or do you fight for Equestria, and want to keep this land free. I really need to know."

 

Rocket watched from the corner and was hurt. he felt like everything he knew was ruined.

"It's a long story, but I figure we have time... Let me get a drink first." Cezary said, pouring himself a glass of Scotch.

"In all of reality, there exists multiple parallel timelines, each intrinsically linked to the others, but otherwise self contained. I come from a different one than equestria or earth. Where I come from, humanity was gifted with special technology far into the future. I was helping the people who gave it to us when I was transported here along with my sister, but that part of the story comes later. Where I come from, humans never stopped fighting each other, and I was a captain at the front line of a never ending war. On my ship alone I was responsible for thousands of soldiers, plus their families. In the force I was in charge of, we had almost a million people. But war is ugly, I did many things I'm not proud of... I killed a lot of civilians when the mission demanded it, but it seemed like the right thing to do... Y'know, if we don't kill them they'll kill us. Well, after the war, I joined a peace-keeping force, basically galactic police, and tried to stop others from doing what I'd done... I was on a prototype exploration ship with a new type of interstellar travel with my sister, she was a scientist and taught me everything I know about technology, when we collided with the PACE fleet... I escaped, but Lydia couldn't get out and destroy the ship fast enough... They took her captive and made her interrogate ponies and resistance soldiers... She was one of the most gentle people you'll ever meet... They would torture the prisoners, and then she would come in, being kind, and the secrets would just flow out... One day she was forced to interrogate a grey-furred pegusus with walled eyes, and she refused. She was put on trial for treason, and executed... I joined the Resistance to make sure that never happens to anyone again." Cezary said with a sad tone as be finished his drink.

"The worst thing is, where I come from, death is a slap on the wrist and a reminder to not screw up again... Until just now, when I reminded myself who I was, I was having trouble believing that she was really dead. I'm sorry about your friend... But I have one more surprise in store for PACE complements of Lydia when we go to end this..." He said, his voice going from sad to vindictive.

"It's ok... It was PACE who killed her anyway... I'd like to focus more on killing them than avenging her death... It's what she would want us to do... Now, what kind of plan do we have to take these bastards down? I still have something that I wanted to save till the final battle, but here it goes." Said Cezary, the alcohol making his mood far better.

Jt turned around and said, "yea. I knew the guy. He was a bastard. I had already didn't like the guy. The execution was just the last straw. When I killed him, the squad retaliated. So I had to kill them too. Then I grabbed rocket and got the hell out of there." Then he sighed " anyways dot worry about questioning. I'll ask some questions but it won't be an interrogation."

"Original Colt M1911, modified to fire with a coil setup, then use the gunpowder for a bit of an extra kick. I can do the same thing for your Eagle or your P90... or I can just under-sling it." He said.
