You guys just let me come with you, let me learn about you... At first I was planning on an invasion, but you guys proved that you could let a vampire into your friend group..."

Timelords are too high-pressure to be tasty, the whole bi-cardio system makes it too messy to drink from their veins, and their blood tastes like anyone else's... I promise not to hurt anyone..." she turns to Hank and bows, "Cindy, queen of the vampires, at your service."
