Anypony You Loved From The Start?

I fell in love with Fluttershy the very first episode. She reminds me a lot of one of my best friends and I also loved her long mane and tail.

 

I also really liked Luna. I always tend to like a charachter who was evil but is given a chance to redeem themselves. Also, Luna's look adds a bit of dark/goth/mystery to balance out the girly sunshiny-ness of most of the other characters.

This is too easy...Rainbow Dash!  She is the one who first captured my imagination.  The very first clip of MLP:FiM I ever saw was a fan made video using footage from Sonic Rainboom.  I was just browsing random items on Youtube and it came up.  I didn't know who the cyan pegaus diving to save the unicorn with the gaudy makeup and other pegasi was.  But it was very intense for a "girls'" cartoon.  This alone wasn't enough to make me start watching, but I always remembered it.  And once I finally did start watching MLP:FiM, I was so pleased to see that Dashie was exactly the pony I thought she was.  Brash.  Competitive.  But she was still someone who had a soft spot inside for her friends.

i love fluttershy   she's a sweet-heart and a half. she has the voice of an angel, she's always there to help her friends when they need her, she loves animals, and she's just an adorable bundle of uber cuteness. her flutterrage never fails to make me laugh... it's like most of the time she's sweet, but if you push her limits, she's a like a hand grenade to the face. all in all, she's just plain lovable. if i were to meet her face to face she would get plenty of hugs from me. (hnnnnng)

Well, since her introduction, I have always loved Applejack.  I claimed her to be my first "favorite mane 6 pony" before it came to the point where I couldn't choose.  (Asking me who is my favorite pony is like asking a hoard of Pinkie Pie's, "Who's the real Pinkie?".  The answer would be "all of them".)   The way she was so friendly to Twilight when they first met is just really sweet.  And her entire family also welcomed her graciously with food and everything.  You can tell Applejack had a great sense of family value too.  I also found her southern accent cute, and her freckles even cuter.  

 

Twilight was also a pony I enjoyed from the start.  Adorkable-ness is such a cute trait, and it was easy to discern that Twilight was your typical bookwormy, precise, OCD-ish, kind of pony with some sarcasm sprinkled here and there.  I enjoyed watching her entire progression through the first two episodes, from being skeptical about making friends, to being frustrated with what was expected from her, to her acceptance of what friendship is and how it can make you feel.  I also think she has the best eyes of the mane six.

Squeaky Belle Sweetie Belle.  When I first heard her squeak speak, I found it too cute.  I've loved her ever since.  I find her to be the cutest of the CMC, and her voice probably has something to do with it.  

 

I also liked Fancy Pants the second he was introduced.  Even though he was clearly a rich, powerful stallion living in the lavish, sophisticated city of Canterlot, there was a modest and understanding air about him.  He treated Rarity so well while nopony else did and defended her when she needed it most.  What a gentlecolt.  Respect. 

 

All the other ponies eventually started getting the spotlight and showing off what they had, so I had many phases dedicated to each pony.  My "favorite pony" became Rarity at one point and then maybe Luna and then Rainbow Dash, but when it comes to characters I enjoyed since their introduction, it's gotta be the ones I mentioned.

Wel, the first pony I liked from the start was fluttershy shys just sooooooooo cute and of course discord I mean he's awsome.

Since the start of the show I have always liked Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash a lot. Pinkie Pie grew on me more than any of the other characters as the episodes went on. Another character that really got my attention is Derpy she reminds me a little bit of Pinkie and well both are just awesome.

Fluttershy:  She was like me as a kid and teen growing up but with those moments when pushed,  to fire back and stand your ground for the right ppl or reason.   Also seeing her flip out at the Gala just killed me to no ends.....once more like me in a lot of ways....

 

Luna:  I like the moon,  and I liked her hidden background in the first MLP   but Nightmare Night sold me on her to no ends how awkward she can be with new meetings and events but still knowing how to have a good time and bending with the wind in a lot of ways.

Oh, of course! How could I forget Zecora?  Anypony who perpetually speaks in rhyme is just cool in my books.

AppleJack and RainbowDash were my fave ponies from the begining, and still are now.

 

I think it is because they remind me so much of my self, in alot of ways.

Dashie. Always Dashie. Ever since I became a brony in the summer of 2012, she's always been my favorite. She's cool, she does sonic rainbooms, she's fearless. What's not to love about Dashie?

Rarity has been my favorite from the start, she's just such a fun character to watch, and is one of the reasons I started watching the show.  To be honest, I was disappointed that there wasn't a Rarity episode in Season 3, but I'm glad my 2nd favorite pony, Applejack, got tons of screen time.

I like Rainbow Dash from the start until after a couple of Episodes in Season 2 she became kind of a jerk.

 

So my new favorite was fluttershy because of her adorableness and calmness.

 

After the day of the season 3 finale,i suddenly had a dream i was my OC protecting alicorn twilight from an angry mob which cause me to like both twilight and fluttershy.

Me too, I think Rarity has a great deal of potential as a character though it did take a while before I realized that as she did annoy me a bit at first. I hope Rarity gets some love during season 4, of course my inner fanboy was indeed pleased to have Applejack getting her due during season 3 though.
