Let me go detailistic on this:

Say you have a certain urge to do something bad, then you achieve that urge. You are now happy, but you did something bad, thus you have guilt . So you die with guilt.

Now, if you had the certain urge to do something bad, and you hold it back, you didn't do that something bad, and so you are literally guilt-free. But you're not emotionally happy. So you die unhappy.

Happy. If you're not happy, you aren't guilt free because you guilt not being happy. 'Nuff said.

You do know if you're happy, you're a sinner? No-religious in case atheists would visit this thread.

For me, guilt free IS happy. I mean, I feel good when I have a clear conscience, but if I was to steal something or hurt somebody somehow, that would bother me.

Being atheist: That's honestly one of the stupidest things I've ever heard...

Are you saying that to be happy you have to sin? I dunno sounds like a first world problems thing to me

Well, say you have a certain urge to do a bad thing. Then you achieve that urge. Aren't you happy? I'll go full detail I guess...

Die happy.

Video games teach us many things. If you die unhappy, then you ragequit and get more sad. If you die happy, but sinned, pfft. I steal pencils almost every day and that counts as sinning. I'll just die happy because if i'm happy I knew I lived a good life.

Have the courage to think and act on your own. And have the courage to disobey.

It's rather hard for me to explain. But do you think you understand what I'm trying to say here?

If feeling guilt or feeling weak don't affect your happiness then I guess so, but it doesn't work that way for me
