Just tried it with some friends and once getting the clicks you have to fill out surveys to get the code. Might as well just go on points2shop and get codes there :/

You see there are two thing with these. While it is good to always get free things, it may be illegal, as you are obtaining £20 or £50 worth of games by clicking a thing a set amount of times and then filling out a stoopid survey. I would rather spend my own money and gain that sense of achievement when the cashier hi-fives you for getting the £50 wallet.

I agree with the post above, it's pretty much 100% a scam, just like the free XBL MS points and free PSN codes that most people say that "it works", which it does not, sadly.
