Scootaloo Drawing

Here's a drawing I did a little while back of Scootaloo that I drew from a picture. I don't think it turned out too bad, I thought the pose was a little awkward to begin with and it was weird to draw...but oh well. 

 

I used colored pencils to color it but I didn't have exactly the right colors which is why I did it so light.

I agree with the pose being awkward, but besides that it is really great! The only thing I would change was her squinting eye. Make it regular, and you got yourself a top rate Scootaloo!

Well overall as far as the proportions and the overall drawing goes it looks good I think.

 

However the hoofs look like a bit of a mess, it looks kinda like you've got hooves crossed every which way for me. Maybe its just me but it looks a bit like a mess really. I think you should just have had another pose or something. Or maybe just look over the pose you wanted to do better, i'm not sure exactly whats wrong since I don't know what the original pose was, but it does look a little messy.

 

Everything else looks pretty well done though i'd say . Good job! Keep up the good work

I think you did a great job! But if I have to be honest with something then I have to say that the eye squinting is a bit disturbing for me for some reason, unless that's what you were meant to draw.

Other than that, you drew her very well-done! Keep it up!

I added the original drawing that I was going off of so people can see how weird the hooves were, I didn't like that at all. 

 

As for the squinty eye, it was supposed to be squinting but I can tell I arched it up too far and made the other eye bulge out a little and that's why it looks so strange.

Thanks! :3 I'll definitely try to do more as soon as my life calms down a little. I really like drawing. I think I'll invest in some colored pencils soon and get to work!
