As a Luna fan, I have to say I like this picture a lot.

 

As a fan of good art, I have to say that I like this picture even more!
 

The detail is nice and the style is pretty cool, although I will say that Luna's face looks a bit odd, but it's probably just because I didn't notice her mane stretching around Nightmare Moon at first; after all, the ponies do like quite different without their manes!
 

Overall, great job, my friend!

Maybe add a bit of mane in front of Luna's horn, she'll look less bald
