It's good that we're getting the group picture, but we're shorthand few finders! Is anyone gonna invite them in?

I'm sorry I haven't posted yet but my brother was rushed to hospital this morning. O_o I spent ages on the phone, as I was unable to go there, so my mum called me and updated me. He's alright now but it was a worrying time.

Oh for the love of bacon, I need to work on commenting more often.

Also, heads up. Friday to Sunday I will be hunting for delicious venison. I will have my laptop and an internet connection up there (probably), so I may still be able to comment. But now I have a legitimate excuse for being slow.

Plus, here's something random. The name I will be using for my character in the reboot is Cpl. Arryn Marie Shrike. Why this was relevant, I don't know. But hey, I felt like it.

Just so everyone knows, I'll temporarily be taking over the role of Twilight Sparkle, so don't freak pour too much.

 

Red's going through some stuff, so I asked him, and he gave me permission.

 

While I know it won't be the best portrayal, I will do my best to play her! I'm gonna knock out my posts as Colette first, as I feel they'll be shorter, then work on posting as my other characters, along with the Princess, so expect those tonight!

This part... it honestly sounds like Twilight assumes that since their Queen isn't here that they will do what she says or something like that? No offense intended.

I think what she meant by that was more along the lines of the Changelings thinking, "OK, our Queen's gone. Oh hey, here's a princess, a symbol of authority and leadership in the pony mind, let's explain the situation to her. After all, we have knowledge of a potential threat to he and her friends."

 

Tl;Dr version: Basically, Twilight's an authority to the pony's. And if you have knowledge for a group, you tell their 'leader'. In the Changeling mind the Queen is the ultimate authority. But with her gone, in this situation they turn to the next best thing, a Princess, to give vital information to.

 

It's more of a "Hey, we're willing to cooperate with you while even though the Queen is absent" than it is a "Our Queen is gone. All hail our new pony overlord"

 

Be aware, I did just wake up five minutes ago, and it's 5:53AM. Anything that seems nonsensical in this post is a result of that.
