"Cicada! Horsefeathers!" Twilight gasped as a bullet hit the Changeling right in the arm--she only winced heavily. Must have been biting her tongue against crying out. Never had Twilight felt so useless. She must have done good--hopefully--with that outburst, but after it her magic wouldn't come back for at least an hour. Maybe not for a day.

Her instinct was the pull Cicada backwards, out of the doorway, but she resisted the impulse. The soldier had to know what she was doing.

Fluttershy kept her head down and as close to Colette as possible. There was shouting everywhere and people hurting--dying--why had she insisted on coming? Rainbow Dash could have handled it, but not her. She was dead weight here. The best she could hope for was to keep from losing, stay close to the group and hope there might be a chance to tend the wounded afterwards.

"Sounds like a plan, but let's leave the cameras. We're all invisible, so there'll be no need. Besides, it'll only lead the guards to where we are," Colette began, smirking. "Besides. They can't hit what they can't see or hear, right??"

 

She then turned to Dennis whilst pulling Fluttershy close, giving her a firm hug as reassurance. "Do you have any Molotovs left? Maybe we can use them as cover as we escape…"

 

It was then Colette heard Charles inquire about what he and Nick should do. "Just… stay close. The, three of you can pick off any guard that gets too close…"

 

Colette took a moment to look at everyone once more before Louise led the way. "Let's get a move on!"

Abernathy had been frantically making the rounds, assisting the guards in any way she could. Just when she thought things couldn't get any worse, a guard radioed in that the pink mare had somehow broken out of her cell. What the hell was she trying to pull?! Did she think that she was still in Cartoonland??

 

She'd deal with the little turd later! She had to contend with another party that underestimated her… Despite some admittedly clever moves, they'd all soon discover just how big a mistake it was to play her for a fool!

 

Abernathy made her way to her office to retrieve her personal gun. If Burton was gonna have fun pissing in the face of her work, then she was gonna have fun discovering where they were-- then pick the.humans off one by one!

 

Or, maybe she could keep them alive just long enough to round them up? Capture the two escapees, then force them all to watch as she put a bullet through all of their skulls. Abernathy smiled at this. Hell, it'll finally wipe that stupid grin off the pink one's face as she watches her boyfriend die. Yes, that'll do. That'll do nicely!

 

Abernathy wasted no time as she reached her office, withdrawing a Sig Sauer P226 MK25 from the safe. She then loaded, then holstered it without fanfare, making her way for the door… Time to teach Burton a lesson!

Louise led the way to Abernathy's office. Just before they got there, she told the others in a whisper to be careful. "I know this bitch well," she said. "I wouldn't put it past her to have a gun trained on the door of the office, just waiting for us to bust in. Being invisible doesn't mean that we can't get shot. So we ought to try a different approach to entering, rather than simply opening the door and walking in. Got any ideas?"

The wheels turned in Colette's head as she thought of what to do. She then chanced a glance down to the office door before turning back to the agents.

 

"We wait until she leaves." She said finally. "Then all overpower her while either you or Charles disarm 'er. Then we tie her up, knock her out, then take both the key and whatever she's packin'. Then we get the hell outta here!"

Alright, enough time was wasted. Let's not keep our guests waiting!

 

Abernathy cocked her gun before stepping out, a stern and determined look upon her face… Now, where were they? Burton had actually made it back into the facility, but she was gonna fuck up sooner or later! Better to be there when she does!

He charged right away dashing at her belly from him crouching position punching her stomach. He knew that this would cut her breath temporarily and the sock of the pain would leave her unable to recover for a bit. His next move... if he was able... would be to target and push the pressure points in her shoulders forcing her to spread her hands so as not to reach for a gun. He would then headbutt her or even bite her if he had to. He just hoped that the others would bring her down quickly before she recovered enough to scream for help... if she wouldn't faint first.

Then Charles went towards Aberthany as Dennis got her down, then he lock her in a Crossface hold keeping the gun away, then Nick came as he grab the Gun form Aberthany hands and then he kick her in the side since he was angry. While looking at her and he was mad too.

“Why you take our friends away? What they done to you? You no better and a Jerk too.” Nick saying to Aberthany as he kick her once more and then take the bullets out of the gun, click the bullet out of the gun too and then throw the gun down in the hall too. “There you shall kill no more you evil Jerk.”

Charles looking at Aberthany as he keep the hold and was growing too. “Why you CIA Bozos doing this and my nephew is right what they done to you? You suppose to follow the President orders and I know the President didn’t give you these orders to capture our pony friends. So we going to play 20 questions and I hope you get those right or else.” Then Nick went to get something to tie up Aberthany as he came back with a Rope and cloth as he and Charles began to Tie up Aberthany hands.

Louise picked up Abernathy's gun and took the magazine out so that the gun couldn't be used by anyone. She helped Nick and Charles to tie up the agent's wrists tightly, and also tied her ankles together for good measure, finally tying her to a wall pipe. It looked like a water pipe, so tearing it free from the wall wouldn't be the best idea for Abernathy. Louise then rummaged thru Abernathy's pockets til she found the key that they all had been wanting, in order to free Rainbow and Pinkie.

Abernathy's breath left her as an unseen force slammed into her, knocking her to the ground. She next felt invisible hands attempt---some of maneuver, but it failed to work, whatever they were doing.

 

She had just lifted her piece when it was finally wrenched from her grasp, just as a second force nearly smothered her. Despite this, she kept her wits about her as best she could, watching as her gun was lifted into the air, and… the magazine was empires shortly before the gun itself was carelessly tossed down the hall… A dumb assed move if ever she saw one!

 

She felt several sharp kicks to her side, then heard a man speak. And there it went!

 

Abernathy was lifted to her feet before being dragged back into her office, then forced back into her chair. "Charles Roberts, was it? A brilliant plan, up until the point you tossed my gun down the hall," Abernathy said, her voice surprisingly calm and even toned. "Add to that, you had to go and screw the pooch by opening your mouth." Abernathy managed a dry chuckle before continuing. "Not that it matters, but we're not CIA. We're too far above them. So, I don't have to follow the president's orders. For what it's worth, I give you kudos for being one of his personal asslickers."

 

Abernathy shifted in her seat a little, eyebrows knitting as she looked up. "Lemme guess. This is the part where you all drop your invisibility spell, act all tough and badass in an attempt to interrogate me in an attempt to find the keys, go save the girls, then ride off into the sunrise like the movie protagonists you all make yourselves out to be, happily ever after and all that bullshit. Am I correct?"

 

Abernathy then fell silent, her suspiciously confident smirk only widening as she awaited a response.

Catherine showed herself to Abernathy and slowly walked over to her. "You know, you're quite an attractive woman..." She took the gun belt off of her and put it around her own hips, then walked over to the pistol, magazine, and unspent round, and picked them up to put in her holster. She rolled her eyes at the fact that Nick had been so stupid, then walked back over to her. "... I might've tried going for someone like yourself. Unfortunately, you're on the wrong side of things." She put a hand to Abernathy's face and slowly stroked downward. "It's also too bad that my friends would disagree with killing you. I guess this is goodbye and goodnight." With two fingers holding up Abernathy's head, Cat leaned in and kissed her, then took a step back. "Au revoir." She quickly brought back her hand and punched her in the face, knocking her out, then cloaked herself again. "Now that that's done, let's go."

Abernathy was taken aback, not by Catherine's appearance, but by her forwardness. She was stunned into silence as the blonde approached her, seemingly in an attempt to seduce her --until she was relieved of her gun belt.

 

"Why, you little bitc--" She spat out, only to be cut off by the young blonde as she propped her chin, then leaning in to kiss her.

 

"Au revoir, my ass!" Abernathy spat out, reeling from revulsion from the kiss. "It's only a matter of time before the guards find your asses, and--!"

 

Abernathy didn't get to finish. Catherine had cut her off by landing a hard punch on her nose, knocking her out cold.

 

"Daaaayum~," was the most intelligent thing Colette could manage to utter. Whouda thought Cat was such a badass??

 

Nevertheless, she was right. There were Ponies that needed rescuing. "Yeah, let's. Before anyone finds Abernathy!" Colette then followed her own advice, took Fluttershy by the hand, then led her down the hall. "We've almost got Pinkie and Dash, Flutters. Just hang in there!"

 

Colette rounded this corner and that, stopping just one turn away from what presumably was Dash's cell. She turned to the others, holding a finger up to her mouth before whispering, "what do we do about the dude in there? We need to take him out if we wanna save Dashie!"

Rarity stepped forward. "I could help," she said. "I already replaced Cat's invisibility cloak; perhaps I could magic up a real cloak to wrap around the guard before he has a chance to yell for help! If I do it properly, he will still be able to breathe, but not to yell. Then perhaps somepony could knock him out cold before we get Rainbow out. After that, we go to Pinkie's cell, right? It's the one with the glittery streamer hanging out of the lock."

“I will take care of the guard, while you get Dash, Pinky out and I will make sure the guards will be off your tail.” Charles saying as he getting up, then cracking his knuckles as he was looking were Dash cage was and then thinking a good way to take the guard down and out. Unless if Dennis want to take the guard out and rescue Dash. “Dennis you want to take the guard who guarding Dash Cell down while I keep the other guards off your back?”

Nick was plan to take the other guard down while rescue Pinky, he want to get back togever with her too and be happy also. Then he plan to do this while he was looking witch way is Pinky cell and then he thinking were to put Abernathy at so she won’t cause any more trouble too.

When Catherine knocked her out he was glad. "I've had enough of this woman. But neither would i like her dirty blood on my hands. She's not even worth it." he said and aired a "Hmph!" he was tempted to spit upon her but exercised restraint... more likely due to the fact that he didn't want to leave genetic material on the scene.  When they reached Dash's cell again he let everyone air their thoughts before speaking to Charles first.  "Don't do anything needlessly heroic Charles... I wouldn't want to sacrifice you for anything. Nobody gets left behind. If you want to create a distraction that's fine... but we stick together. Our best plan would be to silence the guard while taking out his gun. Rarity... you muffle and/or blind him any way you can... then i could charge in with the others and take him out. We'll definately need to tie him up. Can't leave them wandering around for a long time. They'll definately wake up in the end."

 A gleam showed in Louise's eye. "How about we put the guards in one cell and Abernathy in the other?" she said, grinning wickedly. "We'll take the key with us so they won't be getting out any time soon, even after they come round. That way, we'll have as much time as we need to get out of here with Pinkie and Dash."

 

Rarity approved of this plan. "I'll get started, then," she said. She concentrated her magic. The guard in Rainbow's cell would immediately be surprised by a large, thick cloak wrapping itself around his head and body in a way so that he would not be able to move a muscle, or even utter a single sound.

"I like the idea, but there are way too many guards," Colette said, but the same type of smile forming on her face as she snickered wickedly "but getting Abernathy in a cell sounds like a plan!"

 

Colette watched as Rarity worked her magic, smiling all the more--then frowned. "Shit!" She hissed.

 

What none of them were counting on, and what Colette didn't see, was the second guard…

The guards were standing stock still, bored expressions upon their faces when one was suddenly wrapped up tightly in some sort of fabric. "Shit! The intruders are down in solitary! I need all available men down here NOW!" The second guard quickly radioed before aiding his comrade, ripping the fabric from his face. Once he freed him, he cocked his rifle, opened the food hatch, and took aim.

"Ohh, shit…! How'd the hell did he…?" Colette said before cursing again. "Fuck me, another guard!" She then turned to the others, her eyebrows knitted in worry. "I didn't see him at all! Whaddya we do??"

 

****

 

"Make sure all of the exits are secure! Three men to a door!" One guard shouted as the alarm finally blared, guards scrambling. "Get a move on! This way!" Another shouted, leading a small group down the corridor, being joined by another group, weapons drawn.

 

In short order, shouts and heavy footfalls could be heard racing down towards the hall… Was this was Abernathy smirking about??

He lifted his finger up his mouth and went near the door. He motioned them and spoke low enough to be heard only to them "Be ready to unlock to charge in." He saw the barrel of the gun pointing out and he got the pepper spray out. He didn't have a lot of time, he quietly left a fire extringuisher at his feet and then stopped for just a moment. He took a deep breath and did everything in the blink of an eye. The guard had been aiming so his eyes were near the barrel... foolish mistake... he pushed the gun on the side and shot a dose of pepper spray straight on his eyes. This should make him unable to aim... and him being in a tight place with lots of his other comrades... They wouldn't dare shoot blindly... and the fact that one the guards had been struggling with the fabric just before and was behind the guard also gave them a chance... Mordbidly enough the guard aiming through the hatch was a human shield between them and the others. "NOW! GO! GO! GO!" He said wide opening his mouth but making no sound clearly giving them the signal to act.

Colette didn't need to be told twice. She took the key from Louise, took the initiative, and once again took ahold of Fluttershy's hand before rushing straight for the heavy door. Colette seated herself across from Dennis, slipping the key into the lock, and pushing the door open as far as it would go…

Rainbow Dash had curled herself up on the bed, holding her knees to herself. She was facing away from the guards, as she dared not look at them.

 

Has it only been a day since she and Pinkie were captured? And were they really going to spend the rested of their lives being poked, prodded, and humiliated-- for the sake of that bitch Abernathy?? Rainbow Dash teared up at the thought. Why them? What did they do??

 

She was pulled from her thoughts as one of the guards wad suddenly and involuntarily enveloped in some sort of cloth, hitting the ground none too gently, prompting the second guard wasted no time in ripping the cloth off his comrade's face. What was going on??

 

"Shit! The intruders are down in solitary! I need all available men down here NOW!" The guard shouted into his walkie. Intruders? Did…did that mean…?

 

The guard was now peering out the food hatch down the scope of his rifle at who or whatever was outside. He did not stay like this, however, as he soon was down on the ground, gripping his eyes sbd howling in agony. Not two seconds later, the door swung open, at first revealing no one, but that was soon rectified by two familiar and very welcome faces as they dropped their cloaks-- Dennis and Colette.

 

Dash wasted no time and scooped them both in a tight hug, doing all she could to fight back tears. "We need to get outta here. The gaurd got a' hold a' buds."

 

"Hear ya loud and clear, Dashie," Colette said. "Let's get the hell outta here!"

Charles see the Fire Exsungers as he Fire a shot at them, then they expo lid it into Fome as it coming down to cover the hallways then making the Guards can’t see everything and then he turn to his friends. “Ok that give us some time to escape so Let go now while we have a Chance.”

Then he grab the last one, then throw it into the Director of the Guards in the hallways then fire on it and it explode spraying on the guards also making them blind too while Charles was making sure they escape and he will go out too.

Rarity in the meantime had grabbed the key and rushed to Pinkie's cell. The guards inside leapt at her, but Rarity's blood was well up. Nothing, but NOTHING, was going to stop her from rescuing her friends! Rarity sent needles of all different sizes shooting at the two guards, from small thin sewing needles to bigger, bulkier darning ones. At the same time, she sent more swathes of cloth at them, wrapping them from head to toe even as the needles sank into their flesh. Her eyes blazed as she dropped her cloak so that Pinkie could see her.

 

The pink earth pony mare leapt up. "Oh goody!" she chirped. "Have you come to rescue us, Rarity?"

 

"That's right!" Rarity replied, breathlessly. "The others are out there, too; they went to get Rainbow out of her cell. Come to me so I can cloak you too, and we're all getting out of here!"

 

Pinkie bounced over to Rarity, who used the key to remove the handcuffs from Pinkie's wrists and ankles, and then, as an afterthought, snapped them round the wrists and ankles of the guards. She put one round each of the guard's right wrists and one round their right ankles, protruding from the wrapped cloth, meaning that the guards were shackled together. With a glare of hate towards the men who'd tormented her friends, which neither of them could see, Rarity led Pinkie to where the others were outside of Rainbow's cell.

 

Louise was just locking the door of the cell; once Rainbow had left it, she had collected Abernathy's unconscious body and dragged it to the cell, locking her inside it just as they had planned. She glanced at Colette.

 

"Better leave the fond reunions for later," she said. "We ought to go, now. Everyone who dropped their cloak, replace it right now. We're gonna get out of here!"

 

Rarity gave Rainbow an invisibility cloak too; she wished there was time to explain better, but there wasn't. "This will make it so you can't be seen by anypony," was all she had time to say before Charles shot the fire extinguishers. The foam covered the remaining guards in a thick layer of foam, obscuring their vision as Rarity ran down the corridor with everyone else. It was time to get the heck out of there!

"We couldn't leave you behind..." was all he could say at that time. Time was ticking though... the guards were coming and they had to escape. It had to be done now Charles took the initiative to cover their escape and Rarity in the meantime stormed Pinkie's cell.

"Is everyone alright? Everyone ready? We'll need to run... and we'll need to run FAST. Lest they close the exits of this place. I hope we can distract them long enough." He looked a bit guilty... what would Rainbow Dash think of him using molotovs and that stuff to help her escape? What would she think of him? No time to think of that... he was going to think about it in some relatively safer place. He knew there was no going back after this... probably they'd be wanted for all their lives. But dammit he couldn't stand this! It was darn worth it!

Colette uncuffed and shackled Rainbow Dash and gave her a quick hug before she took Fluttershy's hand, running once Charles had shot the fire extinguisher, looking diligently for anything that could lead them to the outside.

 

Rainbow Dash, in the meanwhile, said nothing as she took Dennis' hand and squeezed it. She wanted out of this hellhole, and she wanted out now…

 

"Hurry up, they're sealing the doors!" Colette hissed. She had spotted one such bulkhead not too far down, three guards standing in front of it, rifles at the ready. She turned to Rarity, who if she was by now exhausted from so much magic use, wasn't showing it. "Rarity, can you take down a few more guards?" She asked. "Then we'll be able to make a break for it!"

@@Hypn0ticD, Rarity nodded. She was very tired by her efforts, but had promised herself that she would rest once they were clear of the complex, and not before. She aimed her magic at the guards, wrapping some in cloth round their heads and bodies and sending scissors and needles at others.

Colette looked on as the three remaining guards were felled by a hail of needles, cloth, and scissors, falling down hard and crying out in pain-- at least as best they could.

 

Colette wasted no time, and ran for the door, bringing the timid Fluttershy with her, as always. She wasted no time in working to get the door open, once again taking her girlfriend by the hand before making a beeline for the woods, runnnig as fast as she could in the direction that they came. Whilst she was no Rainbow Dash, she still proved to quite fast, as both she and the yellow Pegasus soon disappeared into the tree line.

 

She could only hope the others would take the hint and do the same…
