Charles seeing the cars driving means they plan to stop for Food and Gas. While he decide to stop anyway as he was following them, then thinking why they didn’t let him know they are stoping too while he was looking at Nick Sleeping and then have the radio on too as he have a Super Mario Audio Book CD that he was listing and was thinking about Rarity too. While he thinks that hope she is ok and was looking at other things after once this blow over. Then he plan send Nick to Puerto Rico but what city he will send him if the agents could be in Puerto Rico learn that he was in the US New State now. While he going to Brazil to live there until Rarity come back for him and he will go to Equestria with her too. But he need find a person who own a Plane that he can trust and make sure Nick is safe once he get to Puerto Rico with his family too. As for his Parents well he got a Letter form them that they are living in South Africa for 10 years since he been reading there letters and was happy that they still alive. While he plan to send another letter to them and make sure it not trace back to him.

Several hours had passed. The small caravan had just came across some boonie town by the name of Albert Lea. The needle on the tank had reached E, so Colette took this opportunity to pull into a gas station. She was dead tired, as was evidenced by her nodding head. "Guys," she began, addressing Fluttershy and Catherine. "Imma get some gas, then take a nap. Tell the others they can for whatever, but try not to stray too far."

 

"Uhm… maybe… maybe Cat can drive for a while? While Colette gets some rest?" Fluttershy timidly suggested. "If-if that's okay with you, Colette..."

 

Colette smirked at that. "Sounds like a plan. You game, Cat? Think you can take us to Des Moines? I'll take the wheel again from there?"

 

Colette pulled up to a pump moments later, swaying a bit on her feet. She was far more exhausted than she thought! Nevertheless, she waved to the others as they pulled up...

"I am okay..." he said grunting a bit trying to take a breath. 

"I think it's adrenaline withdrawal... all this action, all this work... i need to eat... i need..." he said his eyes focusing on the red-white wrapping of his favorite brand of sweets. 

"Chocolate..." he said for a moment searching spasmodically his trousers looking for what was the most useful thing at that time... his wallet. His father wisely gave him money that time although he was sure to never tell him of the Molotov grenades, the agents, and the extraterrestrial nature of the girl he had his eyes upon. While Rainbow Dash  caught his mind he made sure to buy something for her too... He took a few bottles of juice to help the others, some chocolate for the road, some sandwiches, and last but not least... water. When he returned to the gang he whistled to get their attention.

"Hey guys i bought us something to eat! If you want you can go and buy something extra!" after that he proceeded to unwrap the chocolate while sitting next to Dash. He though she would sure be tired... but she had to eat something... she had to get some energy back lest they had to run later. He carefully had picked the sandwiches so hers didn't have any meat. He shook her gently ((OOC:She is sleeping right?) "Hey Rainbow... come on Dashie you have to eat... you must eat something then you can go back to sleep if you want to."

Charles then pull up into the gas station, as he park next to the pumps since he looking at his tank and it was at 20 miles left since he need more. Then he looking at Nick while walking him up and smiles. “Nick Fill up the tank while I go pay for it, get some food an drinks too.” Charles saying.

“Ok uncle.” Then Nick went out open the flue tank as Charles went inside of the store, getting some food, drinks for the road then he went to the chashiers and pay for his stuff. Also the gas with cash since he not using his credit cards since they can trace them.

“40$ On number 8, rest of this and Newspaper.” Charles saying.

Then the Chashier rings up the gas, food and paper up. “That will be 68$ Dollars sir.”

Then Charles pay 68$ Dollars of his gas and stuff then went back as Nick began to put Gas into his car while he put the food and drinks in the back. Then he took out his cooler as he went to get some ice too, as he pay for a bag of ice and then he came back to put the ice in the cooler since he keep it in his car just incase and then put the pop into the cooler keep it cold.

Louise got out of the car after checking her gauge; nearly out. She used the pay at the pump facility to get it out of the way, and put in $50 worth. While she was filling the car, Rarity woke up. Louise hailed her.

 

"Could you do me a favour and get some supplies for the journey? Get yourself anything you like, too; I'll give you the money."

 

Rarity yawned and nodded. She felt rested now, but very hungry. Taking the cash that Louise gave her, Rarity went into the kiosk. As well as buying sandwiches, chocolate and bottles of water, she also bought some face wipes, a comb and some lip gloss and went into the gas station bathroom to freshen up. This made her feel a lot better.

Colette was quite honestly every bit as tired as Dennis was, and could not fault him for falling. She continued to pump gas as Dennis went inside, coming back out and whistling some moments later with sandwiches and chocolate.

 

She was thankfully finished filling her father's tank at that point, so happily went over and accepted a sandwich, some chocolate, and a drink for herself, Catherine and Fluttershy. Oh, that's right… Flutters isn't a fan of chocolate! The timid Pegasus quietly refused the offering of the delicious treat, but happily took the sandwich and juice. Colette meanwhile, split the extra candy bar between herself and Catherine. "Think you can get us to Des Moines, Cat?" She asked. "I can take the wheel from there, and maybe get us to Vegas!"

Rainbow Dash was still very much drained from the ordeal of being a Guinea Pig for aa a twisted, sadistic bitch. "Uwhah…?" She groaned as someone gently shook her. She groaned again, twisted and stretched, then opened her eyes to Dennis, who was now offering her food. "Sure, why not?" Dash mumbled, accepting his offer, eating her meal in total silence, something very unlike her…

 

"We'd better hit the road…" Colette said as she suddenly appeared behind Dennis. "didn't mean ta startle ya, but we need to hit the road," she said as she handed Pinkie a bag of food. "If two of you want, you can ride with us. Dad's car can seat up to five..."

Once Nick finish fueling the car, then he put the gas cap back into it then went back into the car while he put his seat belt on and went to sleep. Charles went back in as he put a cold pop into the cup holder then he got a e-mail as he took out his cellphone and his friend told him that Nick family is safe in Puerto Rico. They will be waiting for Nick to come back too and he smiles as he sent a message back to his friend saying keep them safe. Then he hang up his phone, then start the car while waiting on everyone since they were ready to go and start the Super Mario Audio Book CD.

@@Hypn0ticD, "Sure, why not?" Pinkie replied with a grin, showing that she hadn't lost any of her bounce. While the torture and imprisonment had hurt her, Pinkie's determination to continue to be herself had helped her to cope with it better than anything else could have. She greedily ate the sandwiches given to her, and glugged down some water.

He thought a bit of Colette's proposal... "Uhmm Colette..." he thought of Fluttershy and how she would react seeing them together but that would not be avoided anyway. So he nodded "Whatever suits the group best... wherever Dashie goes i go... I just can't leave her in this situation."

Colette smiled at Pinkie as she took her food. For all that she had been through, it was honestly quite surprising to see her smiling so soon. Nevertheless, it was good to see that her spirits were up… "We're heading out to California, to Cat's place. It's gonna be LOOONG ride." She said to the pink haired mare, before addressing Dennis.

 

"I think everyone's still on their guard," She said. "But hopefully, we'll be able to relax a little once we get to California! Come on…"

 

Colette led Dennis and Dash back to her car, held the door for them, then climbed into the passenger seat. "Wake me up when we get to Omaha, Cat…"

After finishing her food and going in the gas station to stock up on some energy drinks, Cat got in the driver's seat and put the drinks in the cup holders. "Everybody go ahead and rest up; the sun will be going down soon." She smiled to herself and started pulling out of the gas station. "J'aime l'équipe de nuit."

 

About an hour out, everyone was asleep and the sun had set. The only things providing light were the stars and her headlights. She plugged her phone into the audio jack and played a few songs by The Glitch Mob on loop.

Three Redbulls and 335 miles later, Cat pulled into a rest stop on the border of Nebraska and Iowa, just outside of Omaha. "We're here, everybody. Wake up now." She got out of the car to use the bathroom and freshen up, then got back in the passenger seat, once everyone had gotten out, and soon passed out.

Then Charles stop the car at the gas station, as he was getting out, then waking up Nick and smiles. “Want to drive for awhile until they stop at the next stop?” Charles saying. As Nick was nodding to him, then took his set belt off and streaching too.

Then Charles went to get a window washer sponge stick and began to wash the windows to keep them clean. Then he was seeing others too while humming to the song and then Nick was walking around trying get his legs waking up.

"…They've just left, ma'am. We'll tail them again in a moment." A young woman with sandy blonde hair said, watching as the Pony caravan departed from the gas station. She ended the call before turning to the man beside her. "We're only to tail them for now. Abernathy planning 'something special', and wants to surprise them. Let 'em all think they've given us the slip in the meantime." She said. The man nodded in response, knowing all too well what that meant. "Might as well enjoy the road trip while we're at it."

 

The duo waited a few more minutes before setting off on the road again, the blue van taking off and cruising down the highway…

 

Several hours later, the van passed the rest stop, only to park on a shoulder, cutting the engine and the lights. "And now, we play the waiting game…" the woman said, reaching into her pocket, withdrawing a pack of cigarettes and lighting one. "Shouldn't be too long, though…"

((Sun's coming up, Shadow!))

 

"Hnh? Whuh??" Colette mumbled as she was roused from sleep. "We're here already??" She looked around, bringing her seat up. Looking out the front window, Colette saw the brightening sky as the sun was rising, painting the horizon with a bright golden orange.

 

She got out of the car, stretched, and made her way to the bathrooms. Fluttershy had quickly jumped from the back seat and rushed to join her, as if Colette was going to run off of she didn't.

 

Rainbow Dash exited, the car as well, slowly following the others, and still unusually quiet…

 

The trio of ladies finished their business in only a few minutes' time,rejoined Catherine and Dennis, and set off on the road once again.

 

Colette once again tried to call her father, but did not get a response, which made her feel uneasy… it wasn't unusual for him to be so lost in his work that he wouldn't respond for a day or two, but something seemed off. Nevertheless, Colette put it out of her mind for now. The Ponies' safety was paramount, and she was sure she was worried over nothing! "Denver, here we come!"

Louise was worried. She didn't doubt Abernathy's anger at being outdone, and figured that she'd be on their trail as soon as she could. Of course, nothing had happened as of yet, but she didn't underestimate her enemy. Abernathy would catch up with them eventually, and the only way she could see to get rid of the woman permanently was to kill her. But would the others agree to such a drastic solution?

Colette drove on in pensive silence as she lead the Pony caravan to Denver wondering all the while if they were being followed… Abernathy had more than men to go after anyone who even knew about the Ponies… Nevertheless, she drove on, determined to get everyone into Colorado, unsure of whether or not she should be thankful for not being found…

 

She tried calling her father several times, but failed to reach him each time, which made her worry all the more after each attempt… just where the hell was he??

 

((I wanted to have Colette contact Rescue Team Alpha whilst they were still on the road, but I vote we skip ahead to when they arrive at Cat's house. Who's with me??))

He had this "hunch" or rather what his paranoid mind telling him that the agents could be around every corner. Of course that wasn't too unreasonable... He knew it had got to be at least partially true. Once they saw the next town on the way he sent a message to Colette.

"I don't like this... they should be on our tail by now... beware of ambushes."

Charles was sleeping as his nephew was driving, the Super Mario Brothers Bio CD was on as he was still sleeping and was thinking about something as hew as tired. He ask his nephew once they make there stop and he was thinking about Nick Parents too making sure they are safe. While he was sleeping on the road and Nick following the Convoy too.

"Well, hopefully we won't run into that," Colette said. "We've made it this far without seeing anyone suspicious, so we should count our blessings."

 

Colette knew better than that. For all she knew, the agents could very well disguise themselves as anyone. Still, it wouldn't do any good if she and Dennis worked either Dash or Fluttershy up into a tizzy over their paranoia… best to give them a little bit of hope!

She gave the wheel to Catherine, who took them all the way to Las Vegas, where she took the Pony caravan the rest of the way. She took some time to marvel at the sights as they closed in on their destination, pointing out turn after turn, further and further into an affluent neighborhood… just where were they headed??

 

Colette's jaw dropped as they reached their destination-- a momument of modem splendor, a castle in its own right.

 

Colette was further blown away upon entering the manor, her breathlesd from sheer awe as Cat gave the grand tour, leading the party from room to luxurious room. "Dayum, Cat!" She breathed. "You're loaded!"

Then Once they get to LV Charles, Nick switch as Charles drove with the Party Caravan to LA as they got to Cat place, then once Charles and Nick got out as they went inside with there Suit Case then they were shock seeing this too. As they went to see the place and Cat was the host of her home too.

“WOW you should see my House.” Charles saying as he was looking around the place and he was amazed too. Then Nick was species too as he was walking with his uncle and was looking at Pinky too. Then back to the place and was shock.

"This is amazing," Louise said, once they had arrived. "We had better not relax just yet, however; I know for a fact that Abernathy is not going to give up. Not til she's captured us, or til she's dead." She paused to see what the others thought of this. Louise was quite willing enough to put a bullet thru Abernathy's head if it meant that they'd be free of her forever, but she didn't know what everyone else thought.

 

Pinkie bounced in thru the door. "Wow!" she exclaimed. "What a fantastic place for a party!"

 

Rarity too was impressed. So chic, so fashionable!

As they walked through the door, they were greeted by a handsomely dressed butler. "Ah, Miss Bellamy, you're finally back. And I see you've brought... guests."

"Oui, désolé, I didn't think I would be gone for so long." Cat turned her head to notice Pinkie bouncing through the door. "Pinkie, I have to ask you to limit your bounciness here. Jacques, would you please show my friends to the guest bedrooms?"

"Yes, Mademoiselle. Right this way."

"Also, you girls are free to use the clothes in my closet if they fit. We'll go shopping tomorrow."

 

Cat then went into the living room, plopped down onto the couch, and let out a sigh of relief. She was finally home again.

Colette took Fluttershy by the hand and followed the butler, still taking in the sights along the way. She was further impressed as she and the timid Pegasus were given the same room… after a bit of deliberating, it was decided that Fluttershy would use the adjoining bathroom to change, whilst Colette changed in the bedroom proper.

 

The clothes the girls managed to put together were lavish, fashionable-- and totally not something either one of them could afford! Nevertheless, they made their way back out to the living room, where they were joined by Rainbow Dash, who had also found a different shirt to change into.

"This…this isn't my sorta thing…" she said, voice cracking as she grabbed at the hem. She plopped down onto the couch opposite Catherine, looking around a bit. "So yeah… you a princess or somethin'??"

 

Colette did the same, guiding Fluttershy to sit next to her. "Yeah, what Rainbow said. You are LOADED!"

After the tour, Charles sit-down on the chair, as he was looking at Cat too while thinking about something and then he was looking at her too. Then he was looking out the windows as he was looking back to her and was thinking more. “Man Never knew you are rich, I do made a Big Sallery on my paycheck and I do love Vacation Brazil too.”

Nick siting as he was looking at them and then looking at Pinky too then back to them.

It was good to be back, but something didn't feel right. "I'm going to go take a dip in the hot tub. There's a pool out on the deck if you want to join me." She went upstairs, changed into a bikini, and went out to the deck and into the hot tub

Rarity especially liked the thought of a relaxing dip in the hot tub. She found herself a violet bikini which fitted perfectly, then put on a pair of matching sunglasses before joining Catherine in the tub.

 

"This house is amazing!" she said to Catherine. "So chic. I just love the clothes you have; perhaps I could make you something while we're staying here, as a return for your kindness?"

 

Rarity sat back in the hot tub with a sigh of relief. It reminded her a bit of the pampering sessions she had every week with Fluttershy back home at the spa, and the sigh of relief turned to a sigh of homesickness. She had been away from home for so long and now, after all that had happened, was starting to wonder if she would ever see Equestria again.

"Say no more," Pinkie replied, toning down her bouncing straight away. The order didn't upset her; Rarity made similiar requests whenever she visited her friend at the Carousel Boutique and Pinkie was happy enough to adapt to her friend's wishes. After all, not every pony thought the same way that she did. Pinkie did wish that she could throw another party; perhaps when they finally got home, she could throw one to welcome all the newbies into Equestria! Perhaps some of them would even turn into ponies! That would mean more parties, for when they got their cutie marks! Pinkie smiled at the thought, before changing into a hot pink tankini. A dip in the pool sounded good to her; she saw Catherine and Rarity in the hot tub as she walked past and jumped straight into the pool, making a huge splash.

Louise went up to Colette. "I know that this seems a bit off," she said. "But I feel that I have to say this. We might have made an error in leaving Abernathy alive back there. I know full well that as soon as she is able to, Abernathy will persue us and make no mistake about it, she will track us down. The only way that we can be rid of her for good is to kill her. I know that this seems drastic, but believe me, it's the only way. I could carry out a killing, but I'm not sure about you or the others. What do you think about this? After all, if all goes well, we will be leaving Earth for Equestria soon and will leave all this behind us."

 

Tho she didn't mention it, Louise was also looking forward to dragging back the unicorn who had been responsible for her being dragged from Equestria in the first place, and bringing him before Princess Luna for punishment. She was also longing to meet the Princess of the Night, who she had never met and who had been her idol from back when she was a filly.
