Midnight was going crazy flashes of his dead mother haunted him and then the way everyone hated him and he remembered three words insanity psychopathy captivity (Ooc:words from my favorite song) all words describe him he clenched his claws "I will not be defeated!"

Cosmo spoke to the girls, maintaining his invisibility, "Pardon me, but I noticed you were unusual," he allowed his spell to fade off so he didn't appear in an instant, "My name is Cosmo Faden. I noticed something strange about the air around you three, specifically what you just said, you're immune to the disease. I'm here from Canterlot, on behalf of Princess Luna. I was investigating the disease and came across you by chance. You sound like you're planning to go there, and if so, I'd like to escort you." Cosmo looked at the unease on their faces, and thought to himself, "Aaannd, they probably think I'm nuts... Great... just great..."

Sunset Sky was the first to recover but shuffled a bit behind @Blitz and blushed.

"Umm... You-you heard me t-talking? Uh... Y-yes, we are immune... We are going to Canterlot... But we want to heal whoever we can along the way. We also need to go to the Crystal Empire. Um... It would be great if you could escort us to Canterlot though..."

Night Dart gave the mare a dark grin and said, "Hello, Nocturne. Yes, I do need your help. Perhaps we can get something to eat, then I will tell you what I need."

 

*timeskip to after eating*

 

As Night Dart and Nocturne walked up to an old, abandoned building, he told his master that he was speaking with that 'somepony' through the Link. They entered and locked the door, and Night Dart set up a mental barricade so that Midnight could not listen in, but made it unnoticeable.

"So, what is it that you wish to ask of me, Night?"

"There is a complication."

"So I hear. I know about the immunity. I have a feeling I know what you're here for."

"I see. So you know I need a message sent to them?"

The mare's usually calm and knowing face loosened, slight shock making its way onto her facial features. That was almost as rare as a Sonic Rainboom. Night Dart mentally smirked but his face remained the same.

"No, I didn't. I thought you wanted me to send a message to those who were infected..."

"No. Otherwise I would have just asked you over the Link. And I wouldn't have had to set up a barricade."

"Very well. What do you wish to say?"

 Of all the places Storming Star wanted to be at such a chaotic time, the bathroom was... not one of them. The sounds of other stallions in their stalls made him uncomfortable enough, their shaky breathing and hoarse voices that whispered some kind of nonsense. The disease had spread so quickly... so many were infected to a dangerous extent. Some ponies had gone insane enough to kill, and no one could be trusted. Why couldn't I have gotten sick? I'm going to go crazy out of fear alone...

He didn't even have to use the disgustingly dirty toilet that lay behind him in the stall, he had locked himself in. No one could be trusted. At least, that seemed reasonable enough of a rule. Although he hadn't thought about how susceptible he himself was to the disease, he didn't want to find out what he might do. The distortion it would cause, to his own thoughts that raced so nervously, the pressure was too much to take. Breathing as quickly as he had heard earlier, Storming Star charged his way out of the stall and out of the building and far, far away... 

No, that wasn't right? Hadn't he ran home? He was standing in one of the school's courtyards. It was one of the only places that retained some peace, he was safe...
No, there were other ponies. His thoughts raced, his heart raced, his eyes flicked around until he took a breath and stopped. His gaze settled and he approached a group of three mares and another stallion, conversing as if there was nothing happening.
"Might I... ask... uhhh... is it safe out here?"

"R-Relatively. Umm... For me, Novella, and Blitz here it is. Umm... Wait. I want to try something. When I helped a filly in my class something odd happened. Somepony that was infected bumped into her but her colors didn't change and there was no light. Usually when somepony infects somepony else there's this glowing deep blue light that envelops them... It didn't happen. I-I think I can spread immunity. I get weak afterward though. She had no idea why she was just randomly spouting this in front of two random strangers, but she was. Oh well. She looked at Cosmo and the young stallion. "M-May I try spreading the immunity to one of you?"

Blitz looked at the one, now two strangers. What the hay...? She stayed quiet, but looked at them questioningly. After all, she wasn't exactly accustomed to strangers literally appearing out of nowhere. Yeah I'm thinking I just probably shouldn't say anything.

Equinox closed his book and looked at the mares that just arrived "You have immunity...your one of the lucky ones im surprised there are ponies who are immune" Equinox said as he walked up to one of them. "My name is Equinox whats your name. "Equinox introduced himself.

Cosmo smiled at the offer, he half expected to discover some ancient ruin guarded by dragons was the only way to fix the disease, yet things were going incredibly smoothly. "Something about this plague seems... fabricated. I expect someone wont be happy about these fillies being immune to the disease..." Cosmo thought grimly, though he didn't let it show on his face.

Midnight needed to talk with night dart urgently but noticed the door was locked he tried picking it with his claw but didn't work so he started banging it "NIGHT DART OPEN THE DAMN DOOR NOW!" He kept pounding the door until he gave up he cried "he probably is trying to get out now I have lost my only friend..." He just sat there crying (OOC notice how I changed there?)

Night Dart flew in the throne room's window and sent, 'Master, I have returned.' He sensed his Master’s anguish through the Link and tilted his head in confusion.

'Master? I told you I went to Manehattan. Did something happen? Where are you?'

"Night dart? Is that you?" Midnights voice was distorted"hahaha ...,HAHAHA!" When midnight walked in he looked even more demonic than before "what's the matter night dart don't you recognize me? HAHAHA!" Midnight was completely black with 2 red pupils but when he opened his mouth it was the biggest gape you ever seen it was completely jagged except at the two ends so you could tell if he was smiling or frowning his hands were just 3 massive claws and his wing span was 30 feet midnight had transformed into a monster

lightning arrives at the academy "well, this is my last chance for redemption." he walks into the academy into where he's supposedly staying "hello, any pony home, I was sent by the military to stay for a while." no pony answers "hello, any pony here at all!" still no pony answers "hmm that's odd, I guess I should look around for somepony."

She levitated an old torn spell book out of her bag and rapidly started looking through it. "No...No...Not that one...Definitely not it....Nope...." She mumbled as she searched through her book.

 

Novella seemed quite calm and content but truthfully, her thoughts were racing. She was questioning everything and everyone. She was trying to figure out if she was insane or if it was real. She couldn't trust or be sure of anything. Not even her beloved books. She was trying hard not to show how afraid she was, but she knew she couldn't be brave for much longer.

"Its nice to meet you both" Equinox said looking at Novella and Blitz then smiled. "Anyways I over heard you talking about spreading you immunity...I dont think it will work mostly cause its inside you bodies so its not easily transferred" Equinox said

Sunset's head drooped a bit, ears down, confidence shrinking. "I-I... B-But it worked on accident before on s-somepony in my class... A-And we can heal ponies, so w-why wouldn't this work...? I-I don't think it's actually spreading it, anyway... I think it's more or less um... Giving temporary protection..."

"Whatever type of magic it is I need to find out it could help in some way for a cure...but im not really sure yet and beside you cant take magic in a liquid or solid form..." Equinox thought

Cosmo turned and faced the group, "Anyway, I know a few spells that could restore your energy. It drains me about twice as much as what I restore but I can manage, it would just enough to keep at travel energy... Or better yet, I could carry you with telekinesis."

Cosmo stared at Equinox for a moment and said, "Weren't you here when they mentioned going to the Princesses? We're going to the Crystal Empire so they can create a cure from the immunity. Then we're heading for Canterlot to do the same. I came from Canterlot, and I know the Unicorns there almost have a cure, they just need either the origin of the disease or an immunity like theirs," Cosmo said waving his hoof toward the girls, "I'm pretty sure they sent the recipe to Princess Cadence. You're right Equinox, they're very far from a cure, but these three are the remaining distance."

No I wasn't here i was reading this book to see if anything similar was in this book so I can make a make-shift cure that will temporarily cure it but if they are making the cure...I wish I could help im only 13 I doubt they will let me help at all" Equinox said as he held up the book he was reading before.

In case you haven't noticed, children are much less likely to get the disease than adults are. Hell, I know 2 or 3 of the scientists working in Canterlot are young, one of the got his cutie from the work. My point is ponies right now won't reject help for something as stupid as age. If you have good ideas, they'll listen."

*fades away then shows up normal again* "don't worry night dart I'm not fully transformed that's just the image that the prophecy shows we still need to gain more power to do that we need to get rid of the immune ones speaking of which why aren't they gone yet?!"
