request Iggy's request for artists

I admire a lot of the artists on this website and I was really hoping one of them could help me with something I've been wanting done for a long time. The request may be somewhat a challenge.

What I would like doing is a drawing (Or vector, I'm not fussy  X3 ) of this here pony

 

With much bigger wings however.

Please could you also make it so she is wearing this dress?
