Meeting- could someone help me?

well, here's a sitrep: im in germany, munich for couple of months.

i found out that there will be brony meeting, i would really like to attend, but i never was at one.

what should i take? what do they look like, what bronies do there? do i have to pay for it?

What's the context of the meeting? Is it a large convention? Or is it a meet-up to have a general chat? It would help to have a link to wherever this meeting is being planned.

 

See, I've only ever been to general meet-ups with no rented venue, where we would just go for a coffee in a large group or see a film. Most people at those types of meets wear their Brony shirts and bring plushies, but it's extremely rare that someone toting a full-blown cosplay turns up. I would say turn up and have a great time, get talking with the people, because pretty much every Brony in the world is friendly and chatty to other Bronies.

 

On the other hand, the giant UK convention with a venue I plan to attend costs a lot of money, and I've bought my ticket beforehand. There are no on-the-door tickets (but it's a large convention, around 2,000 people attending) so you should research into your own convention and see exactly what it entails before you go looking.

 

Pick whichever of the two matches this event you're going to, because right now I can't really help the specifics with the lack of detail
