Minath kissed Rambler back, feeling warm from where their bodies were pressed together. She leaned them back onto her bed, and wrapped her hoofs around his back.

Iron looked skeptically at Flint. He must care at least a little. It took all the fun out of it if he wasn't boggling his mind trying to figure her out.

Rambler kissed her, his tongue sliding into her mouth. He ran a hoof through her mane lovingly. It was times like these when a part of him wanted to just forget everything and just go with her somewhere they could be alone together forever.

Minath almost groaned aloud when Rambler's tongue slid into her mouth, her tongue reciprocating his movements.

After they... continued like that for some time, rambler finally released his embrace of her and rolled over onto his back, needing to catch his breath, if nothing else. "There really is no more beautiful, perfect mare in the world than you. I don't know how I got so lucky."

"I don't know what kind of delusional world you live in, but I'm the lucky one. You're sweet, handsome, and even put up with me." Minath said, and cuddled into Rambler's arms.

 

She got to thinking of what a weird couple they must look like. An Alicorn and a Earth Pony.

Rambler just smiled. "Well, I'm not going to argue with you about something as silly as this. Anyway, I guess we should probably be getting to bed before to long. Well, we're in bed, but... you know. We need to be well rested for the games tomorrow." He curled up around her, stroking her mane as he always did.

 

((I think "Rambler just smiled" is going to end up becoming a recurring phrase whenever Rambler doesn't want to dispute something.))

Flint had never been one to hide his feelings, and honestly, he was more surprised than anything else. "Um... but why?"

"Fine. But you have to hold me until I fall asleep." Minath said, and snuggled deeper into Rambler's forelegs.

"It's just no fun. You were too easy. Like playing chess against a chimp. And plus, I've got my eye on somepony else and believe it or not, I like to have exclusive relationships."

Rambler smiled warmly. "Of course. And I'll keep holding you long after you've fallen asleep. He burrowed his head chin-first into her mane and closed his eyes. "Goodnight, Minath."

Flint shrugged, unfazed now that he'd gotten over the mere shock of it. "If that's what you want, fine. I'm going to miss it, but I'm certainly not going to try and stop you. Honestly, this is probably easier than if we'd stayed together longer. I'd rather you not develop emotional ties to me. After all, I think we both know it was never about that. Anyway, good luck with Sole, I'm sure he'll be thrilled. Make sure you mind yourself around those talons, though. And if you ever want to spend another night together... well, you know where to find me."

Minath smiled and fell asleep, snoring lightly.

"Agreed. See ya' around." Iron said, and got up from where she was sitting.

 

She walked up to her room, thinking about what she was going to do now. Her room was near Sole's, so she got up and walked down the hall. She stood in front of his door and made one of her "fireflies". She had it fly under his door frame, but he didn't seem to be doing anything interesting. She walked away and went back to her room, laying down on the bed.

Rambler was just glad Minath was happy, and it made him feel totally at peace to hear her slow, calm breathing and faint snoring as she slept. He snuggled a little bit closer to her and soon enough he fell asleep himself.

Flint just sat there for a while, not really sure what to do now. He never liked going any length of time without a mare. At least one, if he was being perfectly honest with himself. He should probably find another one, preferably one in the guild- for... easy access, so to speak. Rambler sure was lucky to have Minath, even if she apparently didn't put out.

Regal Smiled as he took a drink of his water.

"Watching me must have been boring then, Since I did almost no fighting at all"  

"And if you want to fight, I'll fight you" Regal would have to be relax on his magic. He was still recovering from his reckless use of runes.

Fire shrugged. "Nah, it was entertaining and all...it's just...pretty much all the fights were really short...and not that interesting. The only one different was the one with the other griffon...but he's obviously trying to hard...ripping ponies apart is not normal, talk about a cry for attention." She sighed, and leaned back into the couch, yawning. "If you want too...I wouldn't mind doing something, but I'm also a little tired." She said, glancing at the stairs.

Fire yawned again. "He's a challenge, of course I would fight him." She said, grinning. "I'll show him what "Gory" is." She chuckled and sat up. "If we were to fight...we would have to go all the way back to the arena...which I don't really feel like doing, for now I am gonna stay here and order some food." She said, pushing herself up to her hooves.

Fire thought for a minute before shrugging. "Not much to tell...my brother and I were both performers until we discovered our talent for magic. He decided not to join a guild but knew how much I wanted to...so he helped me get into Fairy Tail. Now he's back with the circus...and I'm part of Fairy Tail. Gotta say those years of acrobatics sure come in handy in a fight." She smiled and stood up. She walked over to the bar and ordered a drink and some food before returning to the couch. "So...yea...that's me." She said.

Diamond patted him on the shoulder. "Don't fret." She said, smiling and turning a corner to make her way towards the inn.

 

 

 

 

Fire smiled. "Just bored." She said, sitting up straight and stretching. "The fights and stuff today were pretty cool...but I was a little upset I didn't get to fight anypony." She said.

"The circus?"  Regal said a little impressed. "I've only been to one circus, but I was young and don't remember anything about it, strange since I normal write down most things" His headache come back and Regal tried to hide the sudden shook of discomfort. 

"Yeah It was nice talking to you. I Would love to try my powers against you one day, But know I have to rest" Getting up from his seat, Regal stumbled and tried to regain his balance. He slowly went on his way to his room.

Lycan sighed as he walked with diamond, "so far so good, I've gone this far hanging out her without making myself look like a TOTAL idiot, but I should be more careful on what I say around her, that fish thing IS a bit weird...maybe I DID make myself look stupid..." Thought lycan with a worried expression.

 

After a few minutes of walking they arrived at the inn.

Diamond yawned and looked around the lounge before looking at Lycan. "Would you mind if we were to hold off on dinner for tonight? I'm rather tired and would like to get some sleep." She said, glancing at the stairs.

She brushed her teeth, got into some very pretty soft purple pajamas and climbed into bed.

Rambler woke up, feeling the warmth of Minath's body still snuggled up against him. He just sat there and watched her sleep for a while, as he usually did. He didn't want to disturb her. As he lay there, he wondered what was in store for them in day two of the games. Really, it could be anything.

"All Hail Me!" Regal said as he rose form his bed. He felt better then he did yesterday. He brushed his mane and made sure this coat was well kept. As a pony of high blood he needed to look his best no matter what.

He walked out his room and made his way to the commons. Better just wait for everyone else.

Sole yawned as he got up from the bed "okay... annother day of awsome fighting!" He said happily, cracking his neck before deciding to head downstairs to see his fellow guildmates, and to eat breakfast of course "I hope I can get a chance at participating in the games today, hopefully its a fun chalenge" he thought to himself.

Fire groaned as she awoke to the sun shining through the curtains onto her face.
She sat up and stretched before feeling around her belt for her whips.
She climbed out of bed and went to the bathroom where she showered and brushed her teeth before making her way downstairs to the lounge for breakfast.
She sat down at a table in the corner after ordering some haycakes. She yawned again and looked around the room for any fellow guild members.

Diamond had woken up rather early. She read for about an hour before washing and brushing her mane and tail, grooming her wings, and brushing her teeth.
She walked out of the bathroom and lit a cigarette as she walked out of her room and down the stairs to the lounge for breakfast.
