Todd's eyes narrowed. Reaching over into one of his bags, he pulled out an electric stun baton his father had insisted he always had at campus. Pointing it at Blaze, he yelled angrily, "Stop it Blaze! This isn't you; its the negative energy you siphoned from my father talking! You don't want to hurt either Saro or me! You want to hurt Windy!" Todd smiled internally; for once the school's gossip had provided him an ace in the hole. "I know you liked Minty Blaze! But that idiot Runner stole her from you! He's trying to walk in and run this school, and he views all of us as threats, so he's turning us against each other! United we stand, divided we fall! Now, are we going to play right into his hoof, or are we going to work together and fight the real enemy, that obnoxious soccer idiot!" he yelled, gesturing to both Saro and Blaze with the baton. "Now whose with me??"

As he watched Minty fall asleep in his hooves, Windy got drowsy too. As he drifted off to sleep, he realized happily that he would be discharged from the hospital soon and that he and Minty could soon move into Saro's apartment and everything would be fine....

"Um, who are you guys talking about..?" She asked. She trotted into the room by now, to look at the broken window a bit more closely.

Minty trotted up to Windy and poked him with her hoof. When he woke up, Minty said, "Im not too sure if I still have to go to that dorm." Minty forced out a laugh. She gave Windy a small hug, and started to trot out of the room reluctantly, and thought, "It's okay. Todd isn't that bad.." She thought, shaking her head.

Minty trotted by Todd's room and looked in, and noticed Blaze and Saronyx inside, with a broken window. "Why is there a broken window..?" She asked, while he was saying 'Nothing more!' "Um, who are you guys talking about..?" She asked. She trotted into the room by now, to look at the broken window a bit more closely.

Blaze turned to her, after going from loud to low and annoyed. "What the hell do you want?" Blaze asked. "Why aren't you with that worthless fool you call a coltfriend? Why the hell do I even give a shit after I practically LET you walk away, didn't even bother fighting for you!" he protested before calling he a worthless whore under his breath.

She thought, taking a small suitcase from her room and back to the hospital room. She went to Windy's room, and said, "The mare at the desk said you can get checked out."

Blaze watched Minty leave, before grabbing the shards of the window in his hoof. It hurt like hell but he honestly could not give a shit. I blame myself for this. Gonna go... Burn my face in the frying pan. "he mumbled as he limped into his room and tuned on the oven. He put the pan on the flames and sat there for a good multiple hours; unable to actually do it.

"Just gunna sit here.. Watch it burn." He muttered again.

I mean, you know how much I hate hospitals, nurse." he said, chuckling cheekily as he packed up all his stuff. "I guess we should go back to where your room was and talk to Saro about that apartment room he mentioned... Todd's probably on his way to the ER right now since he was left alone with Saro and Blaze!" Windy said chipperly, as he walked out of the room. Pausing in the doorway, he turned and looked again at Minty. "Minty, are you, are you ok? You seem kind of off... kind of sad right now. Is everything alright?"

Todd smiled broadly at the interaction he had just witnessed. Blaze really did hate Windy and resent Minty. Trotting over to Blaze, he laid a sympathetic hoof on Blaze's shoulder. "Don't beat yourself up over her; its like you said, she's just a worthless whore. And Saro, do you see how much emotional pain Runner and his skank of a marefriend have inflicted on poor Blaze here? I have never been anything other than nice to Blaze, and yet I'm still the bad guy here? I think it's pretty dammed obvious who the real problem here is, and its a pair of pegasi who think they're better than everypony else!" Tossing the stun baton onto the bed, he wrapped his hooves around Blaze in a comforting hug, while at the same time pulling Blaze away from the stove. "Don't hurt yourself over them. They should be the ones who ought to be hurting, not a nice pony like you. And I'll help make it happen. And Saro, hopefully, too! What do you say, Blaze?"

Saronyx simply shakes his head, having remained silent throughout the entire interaction, "I've made my alliances already, Stocks. To be honest, I have no reason to trust what you say. And besides, they're both Pegasi, like me. I could take what you say as a racist slur, if I wanted."

 

He lifts himself slightly higher into the air, "Now tell you what, you fight me, one on one, in as fair a fight as you can manage. I came here for a reason, so why not go about it? If you win, I stay out of this in the future. I win.. I'll cross that bridge when I get there."

He nodded, taking the card out from the deck without looking at it. He showed it to denim, the queen of hearts.

He quickly shuffled the deck, then took a card out himself, flipping it to show denim.

"Is this your card?" The queen of hearts, and the card for denim was now the king of spades.

Saronyx is sort of an official character. He's not roomed with anyone, hence why I have him living off campus, and as a senior, so he won't be here forever, if this goes that long. I put his bio down in the OOC, so I'm not fully sure.)

Backing away from Blaze, Todd put his hooves up in a non-threatening way. "Look, just take it easy Blaze. I just want to help you. I'll let you and Saro think about it, ok? But Saro, Blaze, remember what I said; I'm not your enemy. I'm a friend. I want to help you deal with a thorn in everypony's side. If you want to talk to me, just ask for me at the Delta's house. I'll be back in here later tonight; it is my room now, after all. Ciao." With that, he left the room and began walking towards the frat house. However, as he was walking, he saw Windy and Minty leaving the hospital. Freezing, he stopped to watch from a distance.

Windy thought for a moment as he walked with Minty, then slapped his face. "Oh hay, I can't move into the apartment yet, I don't have my stuff out of my room. I'll go grab it. Can you wait here Minty?" He asked, pecking her on the cheek and dashing off to go to his room.

She climbs out of the bed, "Have a good day, Royal. I'll be back after classes."

He leaves the dorm himself, dashing out towards the courtyard.

 

He may, or may not, have followed Todd to see if he could catch him alone. The Pegasus set down a few feet away when Todd approached Minty, simply watching should something less than agreeable happen.

His keen eye had noticed the barely perceptible scars on Minty's front hooves. "Windy doesn't know what its like to feel like there's no way out; that you need to please everypony and be perfect... it comes naturally to him. But I do know a very nice colt who you could actually resonate well with... you know him too, now that I think of it."
