I can't be the only brony who loves this idea! I mean, with the new trailer leaked and the awesome writing and music this thing will be a huge hit! So, this is the thread to discuss what you like or dislike about Equestria Girls, and have a little fan club celebrating this new and what I think great movie.

Nice idea, I can't wait to see this film and that animated GIF of the CMCs is cool. But isn't it a bit soon for a fan club since we haven't even seen the film yet?

Oh, and the music in that was very good and I look forward to hearing the music in the movie.

I think the CMC are my favorite character designs of the human ponies in EqG so far. They look very nice, but too bad we can't see their eyes.

I've said this multiple times now, but I have to 'join' the fan club. I am overly excited for this movie I think it will still surpass people's current expectations even after the new trailer release.  The Writing is done by Meghan McCarthy and all the songs are done my Daniel Ingram. Both of them are beloved by us for the episodes and songs they have provided us with MLP:FiM and I refuse to believe that the quality of work would be diminished because 'it isn't ponies'.

Every one of my brony-ish friends wants it dead. I'm the only one who actually would like to give it an open-minded chance. I mean, it looks like a cute little movie; granted, I'm not sure how I'll see it unless it's online somewhere... But, aside from the seemingly cliche idea of a geek/nerd girl winning the prom thing, I think it has some potential.

To be honest i can't wait   The only thing i don't like is the design of the girls (dem pink colors and skirts ) but i guess Hasbro wants marketable toys and we all know girls only wear pink skirts and heels ( obvious sarcasam is obvious) but otherwise it seems the writting is as good as in the show,the animation too and i wonder how twilight will deal with the diffrences of the 2 worlds... etc

I don't know if it will be good, but I going to see it and are excited to see it. I have one friend already on board for going to the theaters I have another friend I think will want to go but waiting till tomorrow because I want to take him for his birthday.
