i have to say that the helping twilight sparkle win the crown song was one of the catchiest songs in the entire history of my little pony friendship is magic 

 

other than that i found the rest of the songs quite enjoyable

I loved the songs in this movie, they were definitely grade A once again with the work they put into this.

 

I really loved help twilight win the crown because it was so catchy and it basically made their school into furry high the musical.

 

Number five was very catchy. The thing that surprised me the most was the animation on the dance numbers. I haven't really been all that into the designs of the characters. However the expressions and movements of them had me thinking they were as cute as their pony counterparts at times. I do like how true to character they seem to be, though Ill need to see the full movie before commenting fully on that.

 I really like the Help Twilight win the crown animation because it flow perfectly for teens, they didn't seem like they were perfectly synched in their dancing and it seemed like the thing was preworked on to be down to the T. It flowed like this is our plan, we need to do it but we have limited time lets wing it kinda feel, for the most part.

These are my opinions on all the songs from the movie (in order of whrn they appear).

 

1. Intro song: Really enjoyed this upbeat remix of the original opening song. Coupled with the cool animations, it's one of my favorites of the movie.

 

2. What a Strange New World: Basically just people-watching, Twilight being bad at being human, and cameos of ponies turned human. It's catchy, but nothing special or mind blowing. It seemed like it didn't have too much of a purpose in the movie, it was just there for the sake of more singing.

 

3. Helping Twilight Sparkle Win the Crown: I'm torn on this one, I really am... Because I loved the message, I thought the animation was adorable and spot on! Buuut I didn't like the actual SONG. Though also catchy, It was too generic pop song and too High School Musical for my tastes. I liked it, but I didn't...

 

4. Time to Come Together: Not too much to say here. Wasn't bad, wasn't amazing; just kinda forgettable.

 

5. This is our Big Night (and reprise): Dumbed down generic party song for 8 year olds, and as I heard one reviewer say, sounds too much like Tik Tok (Ke$ha). Some of the animation is cute, like Pinkies hair styles.

 

6. Friend for Life: I did really enjoy this song. I thought it was a nice way to end the movie and was very pleasing to listen to. I also liked how it was able to stand on its own without any animation.

I think all of the songs were great, but Helping Twilight Win the Crown, yeah, that is a pure winner for me. I have had it stuck in my head for the past 6 hours. This is Our Big Night has to be second. I did not expect there to be this many songs in the film, but they were all very enjoyable.

I really like this one.  It's really catchy and has a good dance number to go with it.  The other songs were...okay.

My favorite part was
