movies/tv Who is more twisted...Robonik or Mok?

I am working on a top 10 Twisted Animated villans list. I had to remove Maleficent for as awesome as she is, she really isn't insane or demented...so I need a replacement. I am thinking of one of two villans so I would like your assistance my little ponies...

Who would you consider the more twisted animated villain?

Mok from Rock N Rule who uses drugs and threats to get what he wants which is a singer who will help him open a portal to hell...
 

Robotnik from the GOOD version of the Sonic cartoons who cybernizes little animals and wants to destroy all nature and life to replace them with robotic soulless machines?

The latter. I've seen both; the Robotnik of the better Sonic cartoons got Robotnik exactly right. Devious... sinister... you can't even see the eyes in his sockets. Screams crafty villain much more than Mok will ever do.

 

You also want to consider how masterminded they are. Mok uses drugs to get his way. Robotnik uses the pioneering of intelligent machinery to get his way. The villain at the top should be formidable for what they're capable of doing. Going up against someone who you know has an insane breadth of knowledge about machinated intelligence and weaponry makes for much better Good vs Evil, Robotnik takes this one for me.

I dunno, I haven't seen the first one, although I haven't see the Good sonic cartoon either, although I know who robotnik is.

 

Personally I find from the descriptions that Robotnik takes the cake for me, robots sound more interesting to me then drugs and stuff.

Just to expand on your point, I feel I MUST post one of my favorite lines by the evil robotnik.

 

 

 

He seriously was a fantastic villain back in the early 90s. I hated how they made him into an idiot in the series after that...
