How to use the FIMFiction Google Docs Uploader?

So, ever since I started uploading stuff to FIMfiction, I have always tried to use the uploader given on the FIMFiction editor. It says to copy and paste a google docs url, making sure the document is public.

 

Yet anytime I'm tried to do this, it doesn't work at all.

 

Any ideas?
