This is of Kanade (or Angel) from the Anime "Angel Beats" I thought she was a cool character, So I decided to make a desktop background of her. 

 

I think it Turned out well, If you could leave an opinion of any sort, that would be great!

Can I have a link to the original render of Kanade?

 

I dislike how low-res the drawing of her looks, in this. Had you used a larger/better quality image, I'm sure this would be about 20 times better, and would be very impressive. It would be something I'd think about using if I were in the mood for having Kanade-themed everything, and I'm very picky about wallpapers and the like, so that's saying something. 

 

The rest is quite good, although I do also see some more tiny little low-res elements in there, such as a few twinkling stars. Either you used a not-so-good source, or you did a poor job on blurring them, but it really doesn't look like a blurring issue, to me.

While I agree that the render of Kanade seems pixelated It was the best render that I could find on Kanade, Unfortunately, Photoshop has started scaling down the images that I paste into the project, making it so I have to scale it up in order to fit. 

 

Edit: Nevermind, The render was much smaller than I expected, must have misread the resolution the first time...

 

As for the stars and such, I didn't really notice that until you pointed it out, and I didn't touch them with blur or anything of the sort, so I am not sure as to why they seem blurry/pixelated, my best guess would be that I used  too many filters, producing a grainy effect.

 

It's not great, and far from my best work, But I like it. And that's all that really matters in the end. I might end up making another one of her, but with a different, larger render. I guess well see.
