All the work chaos I did today aside I finally remembered to call the dermatologist for my yearly skin cancer check. I don’t go till November but. I finally remembered to do that. Now I have to remember to call the cardiologist tomorrow because I forgot again.

I hope you don't have cancer, it's not something I wish on people. The bigger issue is how common cancer is, 1/2 people are statistically likely to end up with some form of cancer at a given point in our lives. Granted not all of it is terminal, but it is concerning enough to warrant things like blood-work and feeling for lumps on or underneath our skin etc. I remember having a checkup for a lump on my chest and thankfully it was not cancer, it was simply the formation of my rib-cage a Doctor said. But it does not take much to trigger a malignant tumor growth, with regard to skin cancer, a sunburn can set it off, usually a sunburn is a mild inconvenience but it can be severe or life threatening in some cases.

Glad to hear you didn’t have it either. I have a family history of melanoma. And I rarely spend time outside. So I have to go yearly. That being said the spots they’ve removed from me and tested so far over the years all came back negative. There’s one spot I’m worried about but what I’ve learned over the years is the moles I think are issues aren’t lol. They give me the guide to follow. I follow it and the moles are never actually a concern when I mention them. So I truly don’t know what I’m looking for. Which is why it’s good I go.

Yesterday actually, I went out to bowling, and the best part was they were playing “Dancing Queen” and I was like “yeah that’s my jam” and got a strike. Then the song “Girls Just Want To Have Fun”, another song i could vibe with and got another strike.  Plus they were showing “Nacho Libre” what a treat to bowl and watch one of my favorite movie!

I forgot to say this last night, but yesterday I watched all three Sonic movies, had a friend come over, got in the pool, played Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, made a video for my YouTube channel, visited my grandma, and took a walk with my uncle and his dog.

Work,  cleaning my apt for the move,  ordered a pizza,  watched some shows and bed.

I didn't do much today.

Since it was a holiday, I took the opportunity to rest and play video games most of the day. I took care of important tasks for next week, and then I spent the evening watching Netflix.

friday is volunteer day at the church to hand out lunches, so that's what i did up until I had to go to work, which is where i am now :3

i did have a liiitttlee bit of time between those two things where i watched a friend stream Half Life: Alyx

I went out for a couple of hours, walking along the beach before coming home, now I am tired so I will be off to bed soon.

That's nice of you, charity work is respectful, I do not work for any charity or church but I have given money to charities sometimes, most recent was with Redwings Horse Sanctuary, I'm considering doing it again for them while also sending money to Red Cross and Water Aid next week.
