DND 2,355 July 20, 2013 Share July 20, 2013 Okay, please forgive me if this is somehow already done, or not allowed. Welcome new cat of the forest/lake. We come here to discuss anything about the clan-life you've come to known, and how much you all love being apart of it. This is a place for all discussion of the Warrior Cats book franchise, so please, stay awhile. Of course any fandom media is welcome to. Don't know what Warriors is? ... I can help you with that.
notdog1996 315 July 20, 2013 Share July 20, 2013 I read all the main series books and some super editions. I really love it! It makes me think of Ginga but with cats, and it's actually better. My favorite series is the original one because I liked the story more than in the others. My favorite character is Whitestorm 2 INTJ Introvert(56%) iNtuitive(12%) Thinking(75%) Judging(1%) You have moderate preference of Introversion over Extraversion (56%) You have slight preference of Intuition over Sensing (12%) You have distinctive preference of Thinking over Feeling (75%) You have marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%)
jw5587 182 July 20, 2013 Share July 20, 2013 Oh god, I used to love these books. I stopped reading them in middle school, after the "Power of Three" or whatever series was finished.
lincolnshirepony 527 July 20, 2013 Share July 20, 2013 Oh, I was a huge Warriors fan back in the day. The Warriors fandom is actually what led me to watch MLP. =P I'm not as into it as I used to be, but those books will always hold a special place in my heart. I've read the first 4 series, and own the first book of the fifth series. I just haven't gotten around to actually reading it yet. :B 1 DFTBA. I don't think I'll mind the new characters. The old cast had a good run, but I don't mind hearing about some different cats. That's good to hear; The original series was always my favorite out of the four. DFTBA.
Slice0Pie 815 August 27, 2013 Share August 27, 2013 Is anyone out there a Warrior cat fan? I kind of am. You know, with all the fighting kitties with clans and stuff. If you haven't read the books, go to a library or some were to get books. The first book is called Warriors: Into the Wild

duidamasterXD 9,627 August 27, 2013 Share August 27, 2013 , we already happened to have a thread for discussing the Warrior Cats series, so yours has been merged with the older topic. Just letting you know . I've actually read a lot of the books myself. My favorite characters are Yellowfang, Cinderpelt and Dustpelt . I haven't really been keeping up with anything that's been going on since the end of Omen of the Stars, unfortunately.
--Eve-- 351 August 27, 2013 Share August 27, 2013 (edited) I own every single book. Super editions are the best in my opinion. I'm currently reading Tallstar's Revenge and I'm loving it. I used to have an OC, his name was Rainpool, a medicine cat. I did a couple Roleplays with him, I was also a member on a website called Obsessive Over Warrior Cats, which closed due to lack of funds, there were only like 10 active members, including me. I also participated in Textplus communities a lot. Favourite series: Omen of the Stars(maybe Dawn of the Clans, not sure yet.) Favourite book: Crookedstar's Promise Favourite character: Jayfeather Edited October 18, 2014 by --Eve--
AspenSwift 153 February 15, 2015 Share February 15, 2015 Hello, I was just rather curious about a book series that I was crazy about a few years ago, Warriors. For those who don't know it's about cats who fight each other and have clans and stuff. Sounds kind of lame, but I remember a huge fanbase around it much like the Brony Community, with fanart, fan fictions, shippings, you name it. I was asking, because I partially was drawn into the Brony Community because it was so like the Warriors fanbase. Reply or whatever. ~Sylveon~ 188 February 15, 2015 Share February 15, 2015 Me! :3 I've always adored warriors. Still do. However this fanbase has less mary sues than warriors and is all-around better. Warriors is pretty nice tho Hey there! I'm ~Sylveon~. You can call me Sylveon. xD If you ever need anyone to talk to, don't hesitate to contact me. I'm here for you. SuperBrony87 506 February 15, 2015 Share February 15, 2015 Hello, I was just rather curious about a book series that I was crazy about a few years ago, Warriors. OMG I just started reading them It was months ago and I first knew them when I came across them on a video group on You Tube. It was Called SSS Warrior Cats they only did a little part of Into The Wild first book. I finished it with the help of other YouTubers then. I thought to myself "I may have to read some books" but that wasn't the kicker that was when i got interested and clicked the link that took me to the forum. That first book was published in 2003. I had NO idea who or what these Warrior Cats were? I was into Spider-Man in those day being the film had just come out and was a Summer hit. So I went to the Library got found the section where it was in. Young Adult... The teen section I had been missing out on a story with cat violence and scary themes and it's pawned off as a "children's story". Nope the stuff that I've read... This is NOT for kids man. Anywho I just finished The Darkest Hour and am 5 chapters into Midnight the next series of books after Gen 1 or The First Arc as it's called in www.WarriorCats.com and Wikipedia said. Worse yet when I was at the forum site and talking to people Everyone was over Warrior Cats heck they made an alternative forum website for anything but Warriors. I can't talk to ANYBODY.. Sometimes I feel like I need a hug because there was SO much drama and tragedy and sad times like that's wild life right? Anywho how do you hug someone when you're alone? Anywho um that's where I am now. Am I a fan I'm addicted. I want to get thru the books as quick as I can because I can't wait to get back to Fireheart now Firestar and is the leader of Thunderclan... I once called them "Thundercats". I was totally thinking that the first time I heard Bluestar say "Thunderclan"... There was a group of cats called "Thunderclan".... Thunder, Thunder, Thunder... Thunder Cats HOOOO! ya know? It was interesting seeing them explore the "cats have 9 lives" thing... Well not all cats only the clan leaders as it were. I like watching AMVs and Spoof videos on YouTube also.
Pineapple Bloom 511 February 15, 2015 Share February 15, 2015 *JUMPS AT THIS TOPIC* Yes! I have loved Warriors for over 5 years and it's the best book series in the whole wide world! I don't really care about the battles but I love the emotional bits. They made me cry so much "My past does not define me, because my past is not today." I mean, I'm not very emotional but I had times reading through several scenes and just remember feeling the cats' pain. It was like "whoa". mars 4,863 February 15, 2015 Share February 15, 2015 Hey @AspenSwift! We already had a thread about the Warrior Cats series, so I went ahead and merged your topic for you. Those books were my childhood. I devoured each new one and saved up my money to buy each new one. I actually began roleplaying way back when I was 10 due to the Warriors series. However, I stopped reading after Omen of The Stars's first book. It just became too much, and I decided to stop while the series was ahead. AspenSwift 153 February 17, 2015 Share February 17, 2015 (edited) Thanks, destiny, for merging this! I read all of the books, up until halfway through the 4th set. I liked the first series so much, but the second third and fourth were...okay. I remember that I role played Warriors with a bunch of friends at school during recess. Those books were actually kinda violent (If my mom had read any she would have stopped buying them for me). I didn't know people still remembered them! Ravenpaw was always my favorite, I named my OC after him (Ravenflight). Edited February 17, 2015 by AspenSwift My OC Link
