The Trotting Dead RP

Ghost then saw the trotters coming towards the shack. "Oh no..." In a split second, Ghost grabbed the cure and grabbed onto Fire and Starburst. The red aura came around Ghost's body and a sandstorm conjured around him, tearing the shack apart. He then transformed into the dust cloud and went for the train.

Carrick continue to mess around with the train. Seeing how everything was working. He took in notes to see what everything does. Better not turn on the horn. 

 

The detective actions were turned when he saw a dark storm all around the Forest. He saw it  surrounding the whole forest as then just disappear into a small dust cloud . The sounds of trotters started to come close as well. Aw, crap. Carrick started to turn on the engine. Hopefully they'll come soon, or he'll have to go without them. He needed to worry about himself before theirs.

Ghost was flying with the two as fast as he could. He couldn't believe what he just saw. Grand was dead right before his eyes. He never felt more upset than he did at that very moment. Tho door to the cart was open and Ghost crash landed inside. He then dropped off Fire and Starburst and went back to fight the trotters off.

Fire Horn turned to Carrick. "We can't leave until he gets back, we can't leave somepony else behind." He turned to Starburst.

"Here, drink this, it'll help your magic." Starburst looked suspiciously at the jar, it was a green-ish liquid.

"Dad, it looks gross." Starburst said. Fire Horn poured it into his mouth. Starburst's horn started to glow, then stopped.

(You forgot me again Ghost! I was the one leading you guys. I was at the movies so I wasn't posting and i see how you thought i wasn't there.)

Ghost had grabbed Fire and Starburst and left blowing the cabin into pieces and sending Thunder flying into the trotters. She immediately got up and flew into the air and started to fly away from the trotters but then she saw two familiar faces. Her parents were among the trotters.

 

"No.......The book was right. No" Thunder Roller sank to the ground as the trotters closed in around her.

Ghost noticed that he forgot Thunder. "Damn it! Hold on, guys! I need to get Thunder!" Ghost flew back to where Thunder was a fought off the trotters with his staff. He then picked up Thunder and brought her back to the train. "I'm so sorry, Thunder! I left you behind again!"

Ghost noticed that he forgot Thunder. "Damn it! Hold on, guys! I need to get Thunder!" Ghost flew back to where Thunder was a fought off the trotters with his staff. He then picked up Thunder and brought her back to the train. "I'm so sorry, Thunder! I left you behind again!"

"Ghost it's okay. But I have to go back. My parents were back there and I need to end their suffering once and for all."

 

Thunder Roller flew back to Zecoras hut and found her parents.

 

"Mom....Dad..... I'm sorry." Thunder Roller quickly slit both of there throats. They would suffer no more.

 

As the trotters closed in she managed to get to the basement and retrieve Grands body but as she was leaving Grands sister bit her back leg. She managed to fly carrying Grands body and brought it back to the train.

"I brought back Grands body so we can give her a proper burial and I ended my parents suffering. But we have a problem." Thunder showed Ghost the bite mark on her back leg.

I am sure am grateful that I never came out of this train. One pony confirmed dead and one pony just got bitten by one of them. It was only a matter of time before they overwhelm us all. Carrick ran over to Thunder. "We need to cut this before you get more infected! Anypony can a blade?"

Ghost saw the bite mark on Grand's back leg. He couldn't believe she was gone. She was one of his best friends. He just wanted her to be safe... but he failed. He took out his electric rod boa staff in anger and sadness. "These trotters... they all must die at the end of my staff." Ghost ran out and went all out at the trotter army.

Carrick gave a sigh, "He's going to die for being this rash." Carrick turns to Thunder "You have something to cut the hind leg? Or do we have to take out the brain?" Carrick asked. He didn't know Grand all too well to care for her death. She knew what going out there was. All he could do is at least not make her into one of them.

Josh sat on the roof to the train oblivious to what was happening in the forest "i wonder what is taking them so long to finish this" he thought to himself as he went back into the train to re count the medical supplies (im back just read that grand died so i sad now but my oc shall remain oblivious till ye tell him sorry i took so long)

Thunder Roller searched for her knife but it was gone. She must have dropped it back at the cottage. She was feeling lightheaded the virus had spread.

"I don't know what happened to my knife but its too late anyways. The virus has spread. Kill me now before I end up killing you. At least I'll be with my parents now."

Ghost went full force at the trotter army. He never felt this angry or sad. Two of his friends were going to become trotters soon enough. Ghost took his time with the trotters, making sure that every trotter he slayed felt more satisfying than the last.

Fire Horn turned to Starburst and covered his eyes, so he wouldn't have to see what was about to happen.

"Don't look, Starburst, you don't need to see this." More people were going to die if they didn't get out of there as fast as they could.

"I'm sorry, but we have to get out of here and we can't take Grand's body with us."

Carrick gave a sigh, he walk over to the cabin and grabbed a metal pole, ripping from it's wall. "Seems like my mission will never happen." Carrick said more to himself than Thunder. "I apologize, mademoiselle that we didn't know each other. Do you have any last words?" The detective knew what had to be done. He didn't know her at all, it was probably for the best. Emotions might blind ponies and make them regret killing her, but the detective knew. If she doesn't die, it's all over.

Ghost finished off the trotter army and went back into the train. He was huffing, out of breath. "Before we go, I want to say something." Ghost knelled over Grand's body. "I'm sorry, Grand. I'm sorry for failing you... twice. You were one of my dearest friends... and now you're gone. I love you, Grand... and I'm really going to miss you. In Celestia's name, we'll make it through this... for you." Ghost pecked the top of Grand's head and stood up again. He looked at Carrick. "Do it."

Carrick chuckle at Ghost, "Ghost, this isn't for Grand...this is for her" Carrick pointed to Thunder. "If you want to finish her off as well. Then you'll have to wait. I want to her to say any last words for anypony that she wants to. I'm not a pony without some type of equaninity."

"Tell everyone in the group that I love them and that they are all like family to me."

 

Thunder Roller nelt down and accepted her fate.

 

"Go ahead and do it. We don't want things to get ugly now do we?" said Thunder Roller putting on a weak smile as she looked up at Ghost and Carrick.

Ghost put a dirty look on his face at Carrick. "I don't think you understand, Carrick. This whole group is like family to me and we're about to lose two of them. I've been in utter lonesome for the past year. You have no idea how hard this is for me!" Ghost yelled. He walked over and hugged Thunder. "I'm so sorry, Thunder. I left you to get bit like that...

I should be the one who's about to become an undead corpse."

Carrick gave a small smile, "You are indeed are more honorable pony than any I have seen since the apocalypse....if I ever get children. I'll be sure to give one them your name, in your honor." Carrick tipped his hat. That promise will probably be for naught. He knew he was to die by Canterlot's grasp. 

 

Carrick raised up the pole, "Let Providence guide you in the afterlife." Carrick slammed the pole down, contacting right between the eyes. His strength was able to break the skull and penetrate the brain. Blood started to pour out of the hole. She was....dead now.

 

Carrick pulled the pole out as he went to Grand. Laying on the ground, know full well it's time for him to take care of business. "I have not knew you for long, but you were a trustworthy pony. I hope the afterlife will guide you to better pastier." Carrick repeated the same movement. Hitting right between the eyes of Grand. Blood spilling out of the hole again. 

 

Carrick turned to Ghost. "I've lived my whole life alone...deal with it." Carrick was cold, but it was for his own good. "If you can't handle a few deaths, than you should stay the dead then. Learn to be strong for them if you have to, but don't except empathy from me." Carrick walked into the engine room. "We're leaving in five mintues!"

Ghost just stood there for a second. Those words that Carrick said sank in like a stain. He exited the train and progressed through the forest on his own. "You don't know what it's like to have family, Carrick! You can't know!" Ghost then ran into the forest, out of sight. The group was pretty much safe now. All he had to focus on now was one thing; defeating Alesiar and containing her.

Fire Horn kept Starburst's eyes closed. "Carrick, you may be used to this. But you've obviously never had friends, that's why we're so upset over this. They were both our friends, just take us to Canterlot so we never have to see each other again." Fire Horn just sat there with Starburst while he cried, a lot.

Ghost looked at Josh. He looked angry. "Grand and Thunder are dead. I'm going to go find Alesiar so I can contain her once and for all. You need to go back with Carrick and Fire so you can get to Canterlot. I already lost two of my family. I don't need to lose three."
