request Desperately Need Someone to Vector My OC

So I really need my OC, Psych Ward vectored.  I am incapable of vectoring her myself.  I have a different picture of her since I redesigned her that'll I'll post if anyone is actually interested.  I can't have a background.  I want it to be able to be entered into the wonderful forum wallpaper.

I was hoping to find someone willing to do it for free or for an art trade.  I'm afraid I don't have the money to pay someone right now, nor will I in the near future.  Also, I'm just looking for a simple vector, where $20 would not be a suitable price.
