Setting:

 

We will begin our roleplay on the luxury cruise right before the storm hits. We will then wash ashore the island and begin our challenge of the day. The island is quiet and bursting with untamed wild life~ The sky is always blue and there is plenty of food growing all around and swimming the shores.

 

Chris's Introduction:

 

Today on Total Drama Castaways, ten lucky contestants will be enjoying a luxury cruise without a care in the worl. But what they don't know is that their parents have signed them up for a chance at winning a three million dollar prize! Me and Chef have stirred up a little storm that will have them going down like the Titanic. Will they survive the challenges ahead? Or will they be crying for their mommies? Find out this time on Total. Drama. Castaways!

Rock took a quick sip from his coconut champagne and continued to read his book on 'How to become a doctor; for dummies'.

 

"Ah, this is the life" He sighed cheerfully "No annoying siblings, top quality drinks, and the peaceful atmosphere that an expensive cruise can bring"

 

He set his book down on the table and looked out towards the blue sea. He inhaled for a second, then exhaled.

"Nothing can go wrong!"

Repsol was on the ships upper deck, looking over a rail to the water below.

i wonder what's going on down there in the water

. after a good while of plain staring and thinking he decided to start enjoying his cruise.

come on Repsol, you payed for this stuff, you better start using it or all those bits will be wasted. 

he took a quick look around, and spotted the ships onboard swimming pool. it was a beautifull sight, and that made Repsol all the more eager to jump in.

once arrived at the pool, he took a running start and jumped in the pool with a mighty splash

Pink Mist needed a relaxing vacation after visiting her family in Canterlot. Having to deal with the usual embarrassed looks from her parents at her "ruffian" behavior and being looked down upon by the Canterlot elite, she just wanted to relax. A luxury cruise was the best way to enjoy the breeze of the ocean, relax and travel at the same time. Something she LOVED to do.

Punk Beat came trotting along the deck of the ship, her headphones blasting as usual as she rocked out to every genre of song known to ponykind. "We are the Cutie Mark Crusaders~!" She sung in a rather rough manor. Punk Beat couldn't live withought her music, it relaxed her. Well, her definition of the term "relax" differed from other ponies. But still relaxed her none-the-less.

 

The rocking pony slowed to a stop near the railing of the ship and paused her music. She beamed at the glorious sight of the shimmering ocean. /What a view.../ She thought happily as she sighed in content. /Nothing could ruin this day.

"I wish I had my 3ds with me." Smash sighed. "It's so boring without it. All I have with me is my tablet and portable XBox."

He picked up his drink and took a big gulp, his video games were his life so without hesitation he picked up a guitar and started writing about Minecraft.

as Repsol was happily swimming and splashing away, he noticed that the other, more civiliced, ponies where getting annoyed by his behavior.

geez, i can't even have fun for like 10 minutes now can i?

a few more stares and glances later, Repsol decided to just leave the pool. 

he trotted in the direction of his cabin, when he noticed a mare standing by the railing of the ship, looking over the horizon.

she seemed quite nice. about his age and she didn't look like all those other passengers that didn't know the word fun.

he trotted over to her and started speaking.

"hello there! quite the view isn't it?"

he gave the mare a warm smile.

Punk Beat perked her ears as she was addressed by a red stallion. "Oh, yeah. it is!" She winnied as she straitened herself up. "The name's Punk Beat, BB is my nickname. And you are...?" She extended her hoof in a friendly gesture, a wide smile plastered upon her face.

"nice to meet you, Punk Beat." Repsol extended his hoof and bumped hers in greeting.

"my name's Repsol Rave, but everypony just calls me Repsol."

he walked to the railing and looked over the edge again, this time he saw multiple fish in the water beneath.

he truned to the mare again and noticed the headphones strapped around her neck.

"you like music?"

Lume stood by the ship's deck, hunched over the safety rails with her head above the ocean. "Ugh... Stupid luxury cruise..." Boats and ships usually made her seasick, and that time wasn't an exception. Her stomach growled once again, and she arched her head further out of the boat expecting another accident to happen. Her face had a very noticeable green-ish tone above her orange coat. "Why can't I enjoy my vacations like any other pony? Why does this always happen to me??" She mumbled to herself.

 

For the next couple of minutes she just stood there by the safety rails with her head lowered, making weird noises every now and then.

Rock observed the sick mare from the distance. He quickly flicked through the pages of his book.

"Sea Sickness; symptoms included sickness at sea" He raised a brow "Wow, helpful"

 

He left his seat a walked over "Excuse me Miss, but it appears you are slightly ill" Rock glanced at his book, then back to the mare "Might I use you as practice for my medical training?"

"Excuse me Miss, but it appears you are slightly ill"

 

"Yeah... Slightly." Lume said with a sarcastic tone, still not looking at the pony that approached.

 

"Might I use you as practice for my medical training?"

 

 

She raised her head and glanced over at the pegasus. "Medical trai--" An accidental burp escaped her mouth before she could finish her sentence, and she immediately returned to her original position: hunched over the safety rails and facing the ocean downwards. After the moment passed, she turned back to the brown pegasus in question. "I don't think you can help me in this, pal... I just need to get off this thing as soon as possible, that's all."

Minty stood, hyping next to her friend that also got into Total Drama Castaways. "I hope I can make alot of friends here.." Minty said happily.

 

"Just wait until all the deathly challenges come. I'm only here for you, you know," Moonshower said, looking over the water. "I can't trust that Chris stallion."

She raised her head and glanced over at the pegasus. Rock was seemingly oblivious to Lume's reply, he was caught up reading his book.

 

"Green features and high temperature are also the symptoms of a steamed broccoli..." He looked at Lume "You look green, but I'm not sure about the fever... Sorry! Did you say something? I was busy reading"

repsol was thrilled to see somepony actually interested in his cutiemark. most ponies just thought of it as strange.

he was just about to open his mouth to answer when another pony jumped in with a guitar.

he played a seemingly very random song about cereal and... catfish?

Repsol looked at the stallion with a very confused expression.

"ehrmm... excuse me sir, but...what the hay?"

Punk Beat looked at the new pony in confusion. "Dude... You just ripped off Family Pony!" She pointed out. She then burst out laughing and returned her attention to Repsol. She continued her laughter, tears began to stream from her eyes. But of course, these were tears of joy.

his mind was literally brainfarting at this point, so he just pointed all his attention back at Punk Beat.

he noticed the tears rolling off her ceeks, and was kinda shocked by this.

"are you okay?"

Punk Beat wiped the tears from her eyes and returned to reality from her little laughing fit. "Perfectly okay!" She assured assured him. "That was just... So funny! I love that show!" She winnied happily. Her mind wandered back to when she was lying in her bed watching the show intently. They were showing back to back episodes and she was loving it. Minty rolled her eyes at Moonshower's dull response. "Well, I'm going to go meet the others." She trotted over to the first pony she saw, which was a stallion who was strumming a guitar trying to play a guitar. "Nice playing!" Minty said with a optimistic tone.

Punk Beat sighed sorrowfully, "Sadly, yes..." She rolled her eyes as she thought back to all the aggrivating memories she had with Smash. "He is actually my brother... My VERY annoying brother." She explained.
