Sarandeado - it is this big fish wrapped in aluminum, which is cooked along with butter, pepper, onions... doesn't sound like much but it's reaaaaally yummy

 

Tacos Gobernador - quesadillas, with shrimp and butter, nuff said.

 

Pollo en Mole - Chicken with a salsa made of chocolate and some peppers... it's awesome I swear

And yeah, the coke thing sucks too...but I import that sometimes as well...so worth it!

But then again, our normal coke tastes better than most others...

I ate a bird's heart and a piece of its lung.

 

It tasted pretty bad because I was cooking it over a chemical fire, it was burnt, and it wasn't salted. Besides, birds don't taste very good to begin with.
