Yeah, usually they overcharge you for simple jobs. I'd say maybe either try and find out how to clean it out thoroughly, or maybe leave it as it is and clean it with the compressed air every so often.

Edmund and his wife run an online shop where you can buy Isaac and Meat Boy stuff. Like physical copies of the games, plush toys, or figurines, and some other stuff. It hasn't been open for months though.

The original reason was they were moving. And since it was a self run shop they had to close it temporarily. Then one of their cats (The famous Guppy from the game) passed away. I think I heard Edmund's Wife actually had a seizure too, so I can understand why it would be closed for all of that, but it's been a while since then and it still hasn't opened.
