Geez, why is everyone afraid of the dentist? If you take care of your mouth, then you won't have anything to worry about.

I brush my teeth 3-4 times a day, floss usually at least once, and use mouthwash after waking up, and before going to bed.

 

 As for why I'm afraid of dentists. When I was younger I had some really bad experiences with them. Like, strapped down as they drill a hole in your teeth while you struggle and scream in pain kinda bad. Ever since that visit, I've been completely terrified of them.
