Exactly. There's so much liability involved with the whole thing. Think about it: the technology is expensive, it's new (meaning bugs and defects will be everywhere), it's untested in real-world applications, and it is going to royally screw up the economy if it successfully launched by destroying millions of jobs. There's so much involved with it that I don't think it'll ever be successful.
