It went well! Though I 1-3'd, wasn't too bad for my first draft in months. Tried to go Esper but my manabase was weak, had better success siding in Dimir.

I've never really understood/pick up on signals whilst drafting, I try to avoid "5 colour good stuff"

True true. My only experience with HOU was the prerel

Signals can be really tough, especially pack 1. For example, I kept receiving packs with few Blue cards, so I began to dabble in another color... but it turned out the low blueness was random colir luck, not my neighbor grabbing blues.

Yeah, 5 color generallydoesn't work in draft... except Khans draft, good times.
