I dont think this has been suggested before...

 

Okay so I was wondering if it was possible to have a setting so that when you receive a notification, you can have a sound inform you of that fact (similar to how skype does it, when you're on a different tab). It's just that whenever I am playing a game or watching a video, there is obviously no way to know if I have received a message from someone or a reply to my thread without having to constantly check the tab which is annoying.

 

I don't know how hard it would be to implement, but since both Skype and Ponyhoof (MLP version of facebook) have the option to have a sound play when you get a message/notification, it would be nice to see something similar here 

*imagines the notification sound when Rising and the like go brohoofing*
