Okay so I threw my old 7770 in there. It's on the same tier as your GTX 650 so I thought it'd be a pretty fair comparison.

 

I got it to run at pretty low setting after updating my drivers. I could get the game to run at 1080p 60fps, but it was a very unreliable 60 fps. It'd sometimes dip down between 35 and 45 in more populated areas. I would have turned up plenty of settings to see if I could get the game to run at higher settings at 1080p, but even with everything set to "Normal," I couldn't go up because it would have used up all the VRAM. But I was able to get the game to run well. 

 

Also, I've got 12 GB of RAM and an i5-4690K. So your mileage will undoubtedly vary. As far as being able to play it, though, I'd give you the green light. You can very likely get this game to run at 1080p60 on your card. 

 

Thanks for trying that out, helps me a lot. Forgot to reply Doesn't sound too bad, I mean, I've played GTA 5 on console at 30 fps, so any improvement on that would be a positive. For me, graphics aren't an issue, frames before picture I'll probably consider getting it soon, looks so good for PC. I'd buy it for the 1st person view alone

 

Also mods... Mods mods mods. Can't wait to see some of the stuff people make for it
