Yeah, more time is nice.  But make sure you get all the sleep you need.  Not enough sleep can be unhealthy.

Holidays/Free days:

Between 11 PM - 3 AM to 7 AM - 10 AM

 

Weekends:

Same as by holidays, but by my father sometimes on 10 PM already

I do that for years^^ Okay few years ago, I waked up on 6 AM, not 5 AM, few yers ago I wake up on 6 ... EVERYDAY(Weekend, holidays etc.) bt now I use it to sleep longer(And stay longer XD)
