 I can't sleep when it's too hot, I get bad headaches, I drink so much water and still feel thirsty. I can't feel comfortable in this kind of weather at all. Makes me feel sick all the time.

Celsius-Fahrenheit conversions are pretty easy. Every 5°C = 9°F and they're both equal at -40°.

 

So C to F is something like this
