Yeah, its Superman related, Steel is 1997 Movie about one of Supermans allies called Steel.

 

I dont know that much about Steel, since i havent watched the Movie, but i think Steel is kinda like a Dc Comics Version of Iron Man. Maybe.

I dont know if Steel actually has Super Powers, the back of the Vhs Tape simply states, that he has a Steel Suite.
