I compiled in release mode and instead of 8fps with a full map, I get 20fps.

They are pretty uncommon, but as 100% of this is based on random number generation it's pretty much guesswork what happens when I change any value :derp:
But well, they have to change to erupt in the biggest country, and as techlevel is based solely on population count... they take away from a population... they could lead to the biggest country randomly failing.

also something funny that happened right now:
everyone: strength ~ 400
yellow: population 1 ; strength ~ 800 :lol:
