Been trying to help my mother fill out this single application thing for like a month now, but something has gone wrong every single time, I have no idea what, she has no idea what, and the people on the other end of the phone that work there ALSO have no idea what.

Yeah, it really does. She's almost filled out the wrong thing multiple times now, because nobody on the other end of the phone knows their own system I guess? Getting kinda sick of it, and there's nothing we can do to fix it on our end without their help.

Eh, mostly decently. Been on a pony binge lately, we finally have food in this house that's not sweets or canned soup so I'm eating better too. Also, weather is cooling down, so that's all had some degree of improvement on my mood.
