Alright, bit of a lay in this am as work didnt call me at 0400. Why canyou have nearly 12hr sleep and still feel knackered :?

Managed to get some stuff done this am and slowly doing stuff whilst my daughter runs around colouring, watching duggee, watching ponies, using empty drinks cans as drums/cymbals, unravelling sellotape

unless youre in "sleep debt" or simply dont need 8 as most lie between 6 and 9hrs or youre a baby/toddler as they can sleep for 11-12 with ease.

best sleep is in multiples of 90mins or 1 sleep cycle

...anybody would think ive just done a course about this

need a week to find out your optimum amount. 3 days to recover from any sleep debt, then go to bed at a sensible time and wake up naturally for 3 days in a row
