I've been getting a lot of stress lately and not being able to sleep, don't think I want to do it on a regular basis anymore.

That's not good, I hope you can resolve things. 

Not sleeping is never nice, I sometimes get anxiety that I won't wake up when my alarm goes off, otherwise it's then worrying that I'm not getting enough sleep as the clock ticks away.
