Well, I got banned from Welcome Plaza for not being "pro-content". And that same mod who sent me the warning and the ban message is being pretty much NOT "pro-content" in one of the threads. And he is doing that constantly...

Well basically yes. If someone posts a picture of that pony he will most probably always reply to that user commenting how amazing that pony is.

And talking about "pro-content", Sugarcube Corner is the least pro-content place around. 70% of the threads are totally not thought-provoking, and/or can't possibly produce a constructive discussion. And no one ever makes any fuss about that.
