I was feeling kinda like that yesterday. But I talked about it a bit and it made me feel quite a bit better. It might not make the problems go away, but talking to friends can at least make them a bit more bearable sometimes. You don't have to tell us if you really don't want to though, it's up to you.

That's actually how it was for me. I was freaking out over things changing, and getting paranoid about things like viruses and that.

 

 And I do know that feel of wanting to older and then wanting to be younger.
