Yeah. You get an achievement if you manage to make it through a pair of floors without taking any damage at all. Meat Boy had something similar where you get one if you make it through a world without dying.

 

 They're two really great games Boom. I'd recommend them highly.

Though the no-damage Isaac runs could be a bit unfair in the original Isaac. There were certain rooms where damage was literally unavoidable unless you had a flight item, or really high damage.

 

 Luckily Rebirth is tweaking these rooms to make it more fair. So, that's good.

Yeah, finally, I got a special number again!

 

In MGR, you need to complete the whole game only with perfect rank for a gold trophy ... on the highest difficulty. Most of the S-Ranks can be earned, when you finish fights without damage. Other things to care: Be fast, don't die, kill everthing, high combo etc.

Isaac doesn't really have any sort of ranking system. Beating the game just involves unlocking every secret and achievement, and collecting every item in the game at least once.

 

 Which means you have to beat the whole thing with every character, take no damage on all the floors up to the womb, and do a bunch of other random tasks to unlock all the various things in the game.

From the metal gear games, Rising is the hardest ... otherwise, usually, those are sneaking games, Rising is more action and fighting

 

from the normal ones, MGS2 has the hardest platinum
