It's just something a bit silly. But I've always had a really weird urge to scratch and pick at the skin near the bottom of my fingernails. Particularly on my thumbs. So they usually look a bit messed up. Never found the urge to look it up until just now.

1 could kill you

 

2 make you emotionally unstable

 

3 make you mentally unstable

 

Till a disorder does that your probably fine to just ignore it
