Luna headphones

Hi everypony just wanted to show you what I did to a pair of headphones I own. Because Luna is one of my favourite ponies I decided to paint her cutie mark on my headphones.

 

I was going to make them pinkie pies mark but I figured that it would look too weird for a guy like me. So, what do you guys think?

Iv done something like this before, except they were Vinyl Scratch headphones. Nice work by the way they look awesome. Did it take a long time to make?

Sounds like a nice idea x3 ! You could do customs for like OCs as well I'm sure a lot of people would love those, I know I would lol

I've always wanted to custom paint my headphones but I couldn't really find any paints that would stick to it or not look like a 3 year old painted on them but you did a pretty good job.

flipping awesome, gives me an idea for my Wireless headsets (well.. not sure if i want to risk anything to the $300 X360 ones... but my $90 PC ones can have some new color  ) I was only thinking stickers.. but this has me doing a rarity "IDEEAHH!!!!"

 

Shameless pointers/ideas ahead, do ignore if you prefer

 

 

Though if your up for doing it more, I'd def recommend thinner paint or an airbrush

I usually go for hobby model paints with a touch of thinner in them for something of this sort if hand painting. 

Takes awhile to dry, but its cheap and effective at hiding brush strokes and such since the paint spreads easy and dries thick enough to cover up the original colors beneath.
