Nope. Beavis & Butthead work as characters, but only (emphasis on only) within their own show and world. Elsewhere, they would definitely be out of place beyond measure, that being characters that are 'imitations' of them.

I always thought Snips and Snails were the Beavis & Butthead equivalent in Ponyville. Of course thy have to be seriously sanitized because of the nature of the primary fan-base. They're like the junior version. If left unchecked, instead of their butts being stuck together with gum, they would have been caught doing inappropriate things with a watermelon they drilled a hole in, or something.
