I'm not certain, but I think Parso is in my timezone, which would mean it is 1.15 am for him.

 

Don't quote me on that though, just speculating since he posts during the day same as me.

Time zones are a pain.

 

Surriusly, though... 

 

I'm US East Coast, so it's only about quarter past eight here. Generally we can make the time zones' differences work, though, if we don't post way too fast.

Your character seems to be getting meaner and meaner, when will they at least tolerate each other? I'm just wondering, their conflict doesn't seem to be progressing because if both of our actions...

They are tolerating eachother.  They aren't getting into huge fights are they?  Ceres might have been sarcastic, but I don't think it's a direct attack.   Relationships (any kind) go through ups and downs, you can't expect every one of them to be ups.  Ceres wanted to have fun and play a prank and Pelate was unfazed.  This frustrated her and so she lashed out with sarcasm.  Makes sense to me XD

The funny part is I didn't even know yours existed until you posted. My character originally started as a concept for a background story for Zecora, that eventually evolved into its own character. Regardless, it should be interesting.

Mine started based on just random musings of mine. I kinda go into detail about it on her page... I think my first thought was, legitimately, about Fluttershy wanting to be a tree. And my mind going, huh, what if there was a pony that was to trees what Flutts is to cuddly critters. And it just kinda went from there. But yeah... I can't wait for them to meet now.

 

Every pony is going to be called to the fire momentarily just so you know.

I might need to wait for Cinderscribe to respond.

I was actually, really shocked when I glanced over your character page because I was so proud of my character, and was incredibly disappointed with myself when I saw one so similar. Though, personality-wise your character seems nice and sweet, whilst mine is rather amoral caring only about his work. Oh well, I will redesign my character again and again until he is nothing more than a jumble of mish-mashed colours that will show everyone.  :lol:

There we go. Common neutral ground for Ceres and Pelate. We might have these two get along yet! XD

 

I'm gonna wait for Nomadic to post though.

Your character is pretty well developed in terms of personality.  At least compared to the basic characters you see all too often.  More advanced development is always a good sign of getting more depth to your character but don't feel like you need to change it because someone else had the same idea.

I mean, there are generally pretty common tropes for certain character archetypes, and I assume crazy garden person is one of those. Like, legitimately, we have three or four ponies in this RP alone who are solely dedicated to plants of some sort. It's how yours stands out from the rest that matters, not about how it's similar.

 

My OC, honestly, is much more than I make out her to be on her page. She's quiet, yes, but she can be one hell of a thug if you make her upset. And stuff like that. Honestly, there's only so much about your character that you can actually put into words. It's who they are in your head that matters. My character's grown a lot since I first made that page for her. And despite aesthetic similarities, there's much that makes her her own person, as opposed to yours and to Phoenix's and Flame Dancer's of the same trope. You see? Yours is the same way. Yours is incredibly-well developed for a person, and is his own. Take pride and that, and allow him to continue to develop as you get to know him better as you sim him in these RPs. He stands out on his own, and superficial similarities be damned. There's no need to change him. Just allow him to grow on his own.
