Victor from Pokemon. For a one-time character in a filler episode, he was pretty fleshed out. Other than the moment where team rocket showed up, this guy temporarily became the main character.

 

and my brain doesn't seem to want to work right now...

 

 

I suppose I'll also say Silver the baby Lugia because it was so adorable. Sure this thing is an impossibility when you look at the games, but I freaking want one!
