Umbridge annoyed me enough in the books themselves, but Imelda Staunton taking on the role created a truly irritating character. Her smug demeanour and snide authoritarian blindness definitely made her a successful villain, because not only do the students at Hogwarts hate her, but so do we.

Wormtail is my least, he's so creepy, and yes  he is a little annoying because he's too close to my main villian...

That chick from Chasing Amy. I don't even remember her name, she was so bad.

 

Suffice to say, listening to her sing was an ice pick to the ears.

Every "other" character in Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva. I'm not going to say the franchise hasn't had its fair share of unlikeable jackasses in the games, but I really feel like Level 5 could have done better than making every not-a-main-character that got a speaking part selfish and greedy. I don't care if its eternal life, Level 5, you're better than this.

Daisy from Toy Story 3. 

 

 

Daisy was a complete idiot. She was stupid enough to leave Lotso at the rest stop. And what's unrealistic about her? She REPLACED LOTSO! Most of the time, kids don't replace their toys, they move on and forget about them. Emily's story in Toy Story 2 was more realistic because most kids do outgrow toys in real life.

 

 

It says so much about you, and absolutely none of it even remotely good, that you consider a child a complete idiot if they *gasp* forget a stuffed toy!

 

As for the realism complaint, I think you're overlooking a particular detail: Yes, kids outgrow toys. But that wasn't Daisy's story. Her story was about loss, not growth. She just lost a toy and bugged her parents for a new one, which is perfectly realistic.

 

Anyway, the most annoying movie character is any given James Cameron character because the guy either can't or doesn't write decent characters.
