Nicely done mate! Considering that Fluttershy is my favorite pony, I definitely approve! I like her adorable facial expression. The only thing I would suggest is like what CadenceDerp said, fix up the legs a little, as they appear kind of oddly positioned.

 

But overall, beautiful!

Dude, her legs look kind of like they're about to collapse from under her. But it's still a very cute, well-drawm picture. I'd give it an 8.5/10.
