Six looked at Shadow, slight confusion as to why he was smiling, "Why are ya smilin at the fact this could happen?" he asked quietly, truly curious...

Ten glanced up at her. His anger, which had begun to recede, came crashing back, finally breaking his mental barriers. He became very quiet. "Rain, I realise at this point that you don't give two sh*ts about me, but I'd like to ask you one thing. Don't pretend anymore, OK? I'm not your buddy, your pal or your anything. I want nothing to do with you." his face was surprisingly calm for being so pissed, but inside his head, there was a violent storm going on.

(Ten is one of those scary mofos who gets real calm when they're pissed off. You never know when they're gonna switch to insane mode)

(sorry if Ten's being a dick... Years of stress with no outlet is rough on a guy)

Six listened to what Shadow said, silently he said, "Why do you have to keep this element? And have ya ever looked into getting help from the Elements of Harmony? Perhaps the bearers could help change ya back to whatever ya were before"...

Rain stepped back a little, surprised. "Nothing to do with me..." she mused. "Well, alright then, if that's what you really want, sure. Glad to make ya happy." She paused. "You know, Power, you seem like a pretty nice guy. I didn't fight back because I was genuinely worried about Six. I'm sure if I was picking a fight with you if Riza was injured you'd be pretty upset as well. She's the one you care about...me telling you off for loving someone is honestly the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I'm not entirely sure why caring about someone makes me a princess."

She smiled wanly at him. "Anyways, guess we're going to be ignoring one another from now on. Nice meeting you, Ten. Fun while it lasted." Rain turned and walked away.

Six sat down and watched as Shadow walked away, he looked back at Rain and smiled as she approached. "Ahh dont know about you, but ah feel like ah could sleep fer days!" to prove his point, he yawned deeply, "Ah think Ahm gonna hit the hay fer tonight... what about you?" he asked her, And shed better not run off this time or so help me...

Rain walked back over to where Shadow and Six were and collapsed on the ground. "Nah, I'm not ready yet. I don't think I could sleep after that conversation." She laughed a little. "Does everyone here hate me? Ten made it pretty clear he doesn't like me much," she asked curiously. "Guess that's my fault, as per usual. I ALWAYS mess things up."

Six laid down next to her, "Now why would ah ever hate ya? Thats about as possible as a diamond dog refusin a ruby!" he chuckled as he said this...

"I dunno, I never used to feel this messed up before, and now it's like I'm taking my emotions out on everypony else. It's totally unfair to everypony here." She laughed a little. "I'm not surprised Ten got like that, I guess I would too. I don't blame him. But he's apparently set on ignoring me now, so guess I'll go with the flow."

Ten instantly regretted saying what he did, but she was clearly mad with him, so he would need to act the same. <I'll find a way to say I'm sorry eventually> he looked at the ground, ashamed at himself for snapping like that. Hot tears fell down his face as he quietly cried in shame. He needed somepony, now more than ever.

Shadow sat over by his tent and watched Six and Rain "Im such a goner" he said and began to laugh.

 

Shadow walked over to ten "Hey ten" he said brightly

Six scooted closer to Rain, "Come on now Rain, it aint good ta feel that way, mah grandmaw always told me that if ah ever felt bad about mahself, or ah was angry about somethin, ah should do somethin I love to do ta help me calm mah nerves, for me, thats playin mah guitar... what do you love ta do that helps ya when yer stressed?"...

Rain stood up and thrust out her wings. "Fly!" she announced, but it was obvious that her wide smile was fake.

 

(Yeah, I should get going too...I have tryouts tomorrow so I can't stay up too late tonight...bye gaiz!)

Ten coughed and rubbed the tears off of his face before turning to face Shadow, "hey Shadow" he said shakily

Ten perked up a bit at Shadow's reassuring words. "why are you sad, Shadow?"

"Oh, well its not that she going to pick Six or anything, but she will. But when this is over...im so dead" he said laughing at the last 3 words

"you started bleeding and thrashing. Why is that?" ten took on a tone of curiosity rather than sympathy, he figured the other pony was long past fearing death.

"ive noticed recently that Rain is able to stop it by being near me, but when she leaves with Six, ill die." he said as he got up

 

"I guess the thing that makes me sad is if i should lie to her face, or tell her what will happen. I will be in my tent if you need me he said with a slight smile.
